Above all, the breakfast is extremely delicious (you can choose between Japanese and Western-style meals). The creative Japanese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel serves very high-quality, reasonably priced meals. I also use it for business entertainment. It is not an exaggeration to say that I book this hotel just to eat the meals there.

Recently, there are many overseas tourists staying here. Perhaps because of this, I have the impression that there are more and more guests who make a lot of noise and are loud until late at night.

I really appreciate the bottled mineral water in the room, no other hotel give it. The hotel provides 2 pillows, every other hotel only provides 1. There is a classy feel from the everything in the hotel even though the building is obviously a bit old,

The open & close button in the elevator is still using only kanji, confusing to tourist who does not know.

Easily connected to everything by buses and trains. The Hakata station is about a 7 minute walk away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a shuttle to get to the station. If you request to not have room service, they'll leave towels and amenities outside of your room. The staff speaks both Japanese and English.

If you don't request to not have room service or forget to, you'll have to wait for them to be finished with your room before you can go up to it if you return in the later part of the afternoon.

It's a nice place, located near the Hakata Station, just a 7-10 minute walk. The facilities are fully equipped.

The walls are a bit thin. You can hear people talking, snoring, and laughing from the next room.

Location is not too far from Hakata station and the room is as expected in Japan. Kudos to the staff and I think his name is Okuda who went the extra mile to assist me to book a rental car and am truly grateful for his kind assistance.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from Hakata station. It also has its service area with free use of microwave oven, free ice and washing machine (for a fee). The staff are accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotel is only about 7 minutes away from the Hakata bus terminal and train station. It is also 2 minutes away from the old town.

As with other business hotels in Japan, the room was expectedly small.

Reception advanced book taxi for my flight early morning. Value for money. Efficient lift. Bottled water n tea bags provided. Microwave n coin laundry on levels 4 n 5.

Room v small, 12 sq m. Couldn't open luggage properly n have space to walk. Toilet is high step up, need to be careful. Air con not adequate. But for pricing, is still worth it.

Walking distance from Hakata station and Subway Gion station. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was a real added value. Free tea and bath salt as amenities were a nice touch.

Tiny room, good for one night but few days with luggage could be a challenge. Slightly difficult to find the hotel at first.

The room is comfortable and the location is convenient . Staff are also very nice coz I saw them helping out the tourists even they were not residents of the hotel.
