The place has all the amenities you need. The single bed room is big enough for one person (the bed is big, but it takes much of the space) and it doesn’t smell, nor the bedding or the towels. The bathroom is impeccable as well. I loved that it was quiet! The place provides free baggage keeping. Also, very kind staff members :)

The room I stayed in had a window, but it was facing the wall of another building, meaning I didn’t have sunlight at all. But it was fine since I was out all day from early morning and came back at night. I tried having the breakfast once, but I think it’s not really worth the money. Better to search for other places to eat!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it looks like they made some updates to the check-in system which is now done through a kiosk, and the addition of lockers to store your luggage after check-out. I love how comfortable the bed is! The pillow is on the firm side, but not enough to be uncomfortable. The bathroom and everything in the room was very clean. The coin laundry worked well. The staff were always kind and helpful. The location can't be beat, it's so close to Hakata station which makes getting to and from the airport so convenient. It's also easy to walk to the next station over. There's a 7-11 nearby as well.

This isn't a complaint because I've had such an outstanding experience at this hotel, but it would be nice if the TVs were equipped with Google TV or YouTube like some of the other hotels I stayed at in Japan.

The location of the hotel is wonderful ! it is nearby everything from restaurant, sightseeing, shopping and JR train or bus stop. The facilities of the hotel is simple yet VERY WELL ORGANIZED !!! the hotel is VERY CLEAN and staff are helpful. We travel in a group of 7 people and booked 7 rooms for 7 nights. Hotel staff is very kind and arrange us all on the SAME FLOOR. it is very convenience for us to mingle around. The sound proof ability between room is FANTASIC ! though we laugh in room, my neighbour in the next door hear nothing.

There is NO VIEW from the window as all our rooms are facing to wall. It is a little unexpected. The mattress is rather soft. It took me a couple days to get used to it. Afterall it is a OK bed. The default bedding set up only come with one pillow for each bed. I asked for extra pillows at the front desk. The same room type of double room comes in 2 different room layout / set up. The square room offers better space to open big luggage, while the rectangle room offers literally no space for any movement.

It is a five-minute walk from Hakata Station, and the hotel streets are quiet. The staff is not fluent in English, but they were very friendly. The room was bigger than I expected and the air conditioning was very cool. It was convenient to have a laundry room, a beverage vending machine, and an ice machine on the second floor. There are 4 convenience stores nearby.

There was a lot of dust on the shelves with electric kettles and cups, and it was uncomfortable because there was only one pillow, but when I asked the reception, they provided it.

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful and comfy, the room and bed were huge, way better than other Japanese hotels I've been to (we booked double room). I loved how it's perfect for an introverts person. you can do everything by yourself, but the staff are super helpful if you need them.

No free mineral water in the room. However, there is a water machine on the second floor and Lawson , Seven-Eleven are nearby.

Cleanliness, location

The receptionists were a female and a male (not too old, tall and slender, unfortunately I can't remember their names) who were willing to help. The others were sullen and had harsh voices. There is no dryer. There are only a few washing machines with built-in dryers. No matter how much you dry them, they don't dry. If the person who washed before us doesn't come to take the clothes out on time, we have to wait another hour for the machine to unlock. This wastes the time of the next person who will wash. The hotel should solve this problem.

- Rooms are rather small (which is standard in large Japanese cities), but comfortable and well organized. - Rooms and hotel are super clean - Personnel is nice, friendly and try to answer all requests positively. I had to modify my stay due to pro constraints, and the front office managed tjis very efficiently directly with booking. - Location is mins walking from Hakat train / subway station

Breakfast is proposed in the restaurant at ground floor. Not so much variation: asian (fish) or non-asian (egg and sausages) breakfast. After a week, you know them both by heart...

It was very close to Hakata station, which was really important. Everything was well-managed and clean. The laundry machine was helpful and was available whenever I needed it. The restaurant on the 1st floor was quite good, providing local food at reasonable prices. I had a lunch, and a beer with some finger food. Highly recommended. And the staff was always kind and available for help anytime.

Nothing. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for any Japanese city of this size. Actually, it was a bit bigger than usual Japanese business hotels. Quite satisfied overall.

The room is decently sized for one person. It also has a bathtub. Cleanliness. The staff at the front were very polite. The location is amazing (a few minutes from Hakata station, conbini, restaurants).

My room was in front of the elevator, so I could hear people coming and going. Some of them were loud. A woman woke me up knocking on my door at 6 AM and telling me to shut up. I assume she couldn't sleep well because of some other guests, but in turn she disturbed me.

Great location (close to Hakata Station), very clean and the room was a bit larger than other hotels at this price range. Check-in and checkout was very simple, all done through a machine (with multiple languages supported). Reception is actually on the 2nd floor (never seen that before). The hotel also had a restaurant/bar attached to it which seemed busy during the evening but I did not go into it.

The pillow was uncomfortable (as is usually the case in Japan)
