This is my family's 3rd time staying in this hotel. Checking in is a breeze. We love that the room is comfortable and how it allowed for us to sleep without being disturbed for 3 people. The breakfast buffets are a highlight for us in the hotel with the special Kyushu delights like mentaiko, chilled miso soup, fried chicken, local vegetable burdocks etc... They ingredients are fresh and of a high quality! The amenities provided are good quality and the onsen was a place we went to almost every day of our trip to Special shout out to Kubo-san for meeting our needs whether with making a reservation at the restaurant, booking the cab for us to go to the airport and with checking in on us each day when she saw us coming in through the lobby. These little touches definitely make the hotel stay so much more welcoming and homely. Thank you so much to Kubo-san for helping to ensure that our trip in Fukuoka was special. You are amazing!

rooms are new and equipped, staffs are willing to help with a great attitude. Would love to visit there again. The onsen is nice and clean. the location is in a walking distance from the JR Station and are quite nearby many cafes, famous restaurants. Also really close to the subway and shrines.

The windows cant be opened due to safety reasons, I think. but after onsen, somehow the room are quite hot even we're there during the winter season and cant imagine how it would feel if we visited in the summer. Moreover, the onsen are full of tourists from abroad and tend to talk quite loud (but that's beyond the hotel's control).

The hotel is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk from Hakata station and Kushida Shrine. The public bath is spacious and comforting especially the outdoor bath. The room while slightly small is very comfortable and the staff is very nice to us. Would recommend everyone to try the breakfast buffet and also eat a meal at the attached restaurant for lunch or dinner as it serves really great seafood bowls

The hotel staff is excellent. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was good, but did not have as much variety as other hotels in Fukuoka. Very good if only staying 1 or 2 nights, but not so for a long stay.

Had problems with the in room safe. After using it for several days, it would not open after entering the correct code - remedied immediately by hotel staff. But did not trust to use the safe again - tested it with an empty safe and it would not lock.

Well located within walking distance to Hakata station. Took us about 7-8 minutes. Also very close to the subway station. Very convenient without being in the midst of hustle and bustle of noise and traffic. Also close enough to walk to the Naka area and Canal City shopping mall. Room was clean. Having an onsen is a big plus after a long day out. Staff were helpful and friendly.

A bit pricey and the room was smaller than expected from the pics.

Great location very close to Hakata train station. Walking distance to local tourist spots. Breakfast was outstanding , make sure you book this when you book your room you won’t be disappointed. The 13th floor public bath was great to use both morning and evening so an added additional to my daily routine. All the staff in the restaurant and front reception desk where so professional and helpful. The room attendant was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This hotel in a true asset in the city and should be on your accommodation list when visiting . Make sure you just try one or two of the ramen restaurants ( Ramen stadium)on the 5th floor of the Canal city shopping complex and stay for the water fountain show ever 30 minutes. ,

No real issues or problems with the property, although the room was very small , my next visit I would request a larger family room for two people as the standard room for two guests with luggage is very tight.

Great hotel in ideal location, about 12 minutes from Hakata main station and Canal City mall. Lots of good restaurants nearby walkable. Hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, paid closed attention to details, including items such as charger cables and robes for the public bath.

Breakfast was a bit on the higher price side but lots of food options.
