Great location. Breakfast was delicious. Room was big for Japan. We were comfortable. The bath was nice.

I felt like a criminal when I tried to check in 20 minutes early. Granted that's not a thing in Japan to be let in to your room before official check-in, but 20 minutes early and there was no available seating in the small main reception area, the bar wasn't open until 3 (check-in time), and while the restaurant was open and lively, I was told "no orders now!" and basically kicked out before closing. I asked the front desk where to wait and they pointed me to these 4 sad little chairs in a dark hallway just outside the lively restaurant and the closed bar. "Nobody puts Baby in a corner" but I guess they do. Finally, a reception person took pity on me and let me into our room 15 minutes early. I thought they could work on their hospitality or opening hours.

The staff were fantastic and so very helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Which it was. We travelled with three people and it was a good size room as well. They had pocket translators as well, so this helped with my broken Japanese at Reception. They had good facilities too, they have secure coin laundry facilities. The beds were comfy too. Highly recommend this hotel. I really loved the location so quick to get to from the JR Hakata Station but it was the staff, second to none that impressed me. They were great. Housekeeping did a great job, and the hotel left bottles of water every day they cleaned the room. Close location to rental cars and convenience sores and restaurants are in walking distance, so is Canal City. Would stay here again. Thank you to the staff.

- Staff are nice and friendly - location: I would say it’s ok, but not great. it takes 7 minutes walk to the station and it’s 30min walk to the 天神 area. - there are restaurants, convenience stores, shopping centers nearby. - facilities are clean and cozy. The bed and pillow are comfy, the room is spacious. - soundproof, I feel quiet and peace at night.

- the is no onsen - it’s a bit far from the station for people who takes huge suitcases ( it takes about 2000yen if you take a taxi to the airport. But there are buses and stuff to the airport too so it’s up to you)

The close location to Hakata station, staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was oriented towards Chinese cuisine so might want to give it a miss if that is not what you have in mind. I had expected a more Japanese/western spread. Biggest drawback is the absence of fresh fruits as they only serve canned cut fruits which are full of sugar. Some fresh bananas or melons would be most welcome.

Lack of double bed room for single traveler, I stayed in a room with twin beds and it was rather small as there was no way to join the two beds together.

It was convenient because it was close to Hakata Station. It had a bathtub and was wider than I thought. Recommended

The windows cannot be opened and ventilation does not seem to be good. When I looked in the morning, there was a lot of water droplets on the window frame. Although it is a space for three people to sleep, there is only enough space for one person to open a carrier bag. In fact, it feels like three beds were put in a double room. The staff at check-in did not seem friendly.

Very comfortable beds, very spacious bathroom (rare in Japan), and plenty of provided toiletries. Short walk to Hakata station and there is a convenience store just across the road. A couple of food options nearby (but plenty once you go towards the station). There's a TV in the room with Chromecast. A longer walk to Nakasu area, but very doable and a very lovely walk.

View from the room was a brick wall. Little space for luggage. Long walk from Hakata station if you're pushing luggage. A bit tricky at the front desk when speaking English, but nothing we couldn't solve (probably depended on the person there at the time). There is an in-house bar, but the drinks were meh (watch out for cover charge).

The hotel facilities and location are good and very convenient. The hotel provides coin laundry and an ice-making machine for added convenience. Additionally, a Lawson convenient store is just right opposite the hotel, and numerous Izakaya options are nearby. We were particularly impressed with the daily housekeeping; they did a good job of keeping the room very clean and tidy, giving you a pleasant feel upon returning to the room.

The layout of the room captured in the photo showcasing three single beds that may initially appear spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults; however, in reality, the available space is limited, leaving insufficient room to easily open and access our luggage with all three single beds in place.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The common area is clean. Water pressure is great. Noise proofing is good. The location is excellent!

The room needs a refresher. Carpet smells musky and it aggravated my allergies. Humidifier and air purifier was provided but the unit was dirty inside. Some parts of the wallpaper was pilling in our room and I could see some mold on the shower room ceiling.

Breakfast has good variety of meat and vegetables dishes. Although the room looked smaller than in pictures, there was sufficient space for 2 people and our luggages/bags. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. I also like that they provide pyjamas (that are really comfortable). There is also washing machine and dryer (2 each) if you want to do your laundry but be prepared to wait if you do it in the evening as other guests will be doing their laundry too. Shower has good pressure and heat. Location is good as it is near HAkata station and convenient if you are doing day trips from Fukuoka or using the train/subway a lot.

Staff did not help us to move our bags up to our rooms (we arrived ahead of check in time and left our luggages in the lobby).
