Stayed there for 5 nights. Very convenient 10min walking distance from Hakata station and closely linked via underground.from Hakata station. The hotel lobby environment is very pleasant with a small dining area & free.coffee for anytime.. There is a coffee machine available.for all guests too. Good that they provide 2 pillows(hard & soft). Even provided for a multi wired charger. Very good. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you housekeeping for a good job in upkeeping the maintenance of the rooms. Staff are polite & griendly yo approach for help.

Minor feedback - room card has a sticker with room number on it. Not too safe if lost or misplaced.

Location is very convenient as you only have to cross the street to get to the Hakata Bus Station and the Shinkansen station, while still being in a quiet area. The room is also quite spacious for Japanese standards, I was able to open my XL luggage and lay it flat, while still having a good amount of space to walk around. I booked the room with the massage chair, which is heaven sent. I always fall asleep on the chair after a long day of walking around Fukuoka, I will definitely book this room again when I return to Fukuoka.

Nothing much, I didn't book breakfast so maybe I will try next time to check how it is.

- Great location, close to Hakata train station, a few minutes walk. - Comfy bed. - Very good air con. The room also included a humidifier. - Silent location (virtually no noise from adjecent rooms, no noise from corridor, no noise from the outside), so I had no problems sleeping during the night. - Attentive staff. - Clean and tidy room.

- The wifi connection was somewhat unstable with several disconnection issues.

We paid for room upgrade to twin beds (from double) which the room was spacious and have all amenities including feet and back massager. Bathroom was spacious in Japanese standard. Common room has microwave and disposable cutlery. 2 min walk to JR Hakata station (with shopping mall) which at time of stay had Xmas lighting and stalls. Convenient store and underground eat street is literally next door.

Room rate was quite expansive, initially I was offered ¥27000 for twin bed upgrade (from double) which I declined. We then checked on Booking.com for twin bed rate which was only ¥10000 more than what I paid for double. We went back and tried to negotiate again by showing them Booking.com rate and were then offered ¥15000. The hotel refused to rate match. And I could only get 40% refund if I cancel the original twin room. So we ended up coping higher rate than Booking.com.

The close proximity to the Hakata station and the subway entrance just behind the hotel . On rainy days no problem getting back to the hotel using the subway link except a small area of unsheltered path to the hotel . Starbucks and convenience store on the way back to hotel from the train station . Space was good for 2 pax with 2 big luggages .

Observed inconsistency in the daily housekeeping during our six nights stay . The hair dryer got no cold function .

The room had a full massage chair and was thus bigger than the usual twin rooms in Japan. It was near the Hakata station and there was a 7-11 round the corner. There was a also a laundry room for washing and drying and both came very handy during our stay. There was no iron facility in the room but we could borrow an iron from the concierge so it was not a problem.

There were not enough channels on TV. The hotel is not meant for families as there are no bigger rooms in this hotel. If there are more than 2 guests, we will have to book a different hotel.

It is conveniently located next to the train station. So a perfect location to do trips from there. The service was good, they offer breakfast as well which is nice. And enought to get a day started. The rooms have a decent size, everything is convenient and very clean.

There isn't much I would have wanted more. It offered what it sais it offers. And you get what you paid for. A decent, nice hotel in a good location with all the service, comfort and cleanliness you need.

Room was clean and large. There was a bathtub which was big enough to lay down in warm water after a long day. This was great. Light in room were good. We did try breakfast one day and it was excellent. Good selection and all were delicious. Hotel is not far from Hakata station and its opposite Hakata bus terminal. 7/11 is just around the corner next to the hotel. Staffs were very nice and welcome. Our flight was early morning so we walk to Hakata station and took subway airport line to airport. The first subway started at 5.50 a.m. and gave your plenty of time for check-in . It was just 2 station in 5 minutes. The fastest way from downtown to airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location - excellent. A couple of minutes walk from Hakata train station, convenience stores and restaurants. Room - it was big enough for two adults and a school aged child. The room I booked came with a message chair, which was a bonus! Service - staff were all friendly and professional. Both check-in and check-out process was smooth. My 10-year-old daughter left her pillow that she has had since birth on the sofa at the lobby during the check-in and only realised that she had lost it on the second night. When I called the reception at midnight to check if they had it, I learned they kept it in a plastic bag with a note. This kind gesture meant so much for my daughter and us.

It has a massage chair which is a bonus. The room is spacious and the hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes' walk from the bus terminal, bus stops and JR Hakata train station. The exit of the Sun Plaza underground pass (connected to the Hakata underground pass is just around the corner.

There is no restaurant on ground level nearby for breakfast. We needed to walk to the underground pass to look for a suitable restaurant.
