Staff were helpful and nice. We were arranged to a room on the 2/F at the first night, where's the ice machine located and so much noises made by those guests came to the grab ice until 3am... apparently they don't care about other guests. We can barely sleep at the first night so that we seek for help from the reception and we were rearranged to a room on upper floor, which was silence and we can have a excellent sleep finally! Thanks for the caring and considering move from the staff!

Except from the by the selfish and inconsiderate behaviors made by some Korean speaking guests. The hotel is very good and comfortable to stay.

I really loved the hotel because of the chic interiors. Although the hotel room is small, the room’s interiors are very minimalist. The hotel is also conveniently located several minutes away from Hakata station. It also has a very good location as one can find a convenience store, restaurants, gym, and train station all close to the station.

One complaint I have is the very weak wi-fi. Trying to connect is a hit or miss. I wish they could do something about it.

The staffs is good and willing to help. Location also good, 7-11 next to the door. Walking distance to Canal City, Hakata Station, Kushida-Jinja and many more. Safe in the room is necessary for traveller too.

The pillow is a bit flat but the hotel gives 2 pillows for one which is very good. I saw a dust in the air. The maid may not clean or vacumm, not sure. Should have coffee available same as tea too.

Close to Hakata Station. Very close to Canal City if you are into shopping. Great and helpful staff. Bed are comfy. Overall, great stay.

Nothing significant. Bathroom is probably gonna be an issue if you consider yourself in the plus size category. AC was centralized hence we couldn’t control it in our room. Felt toasty so we had to open the window (sorry about this) and let some breeze in.

I didnt like that this was the only city so far on Japan I have been to that charged city tax but in a confusing way, it made no sense at all they said its 250 yen for one night and for more than it's 500 yen, I was staying 2 nights so they charged me 750 yen.

Sound travels between the hallway and room, could hear other doors slamming shut and other guests/staff taking in the hallway but no sound from other rooms

10mins walk to Hakata Station. Closer to Kushida Shrine station. Very close to Canal city. Very central with lots of food options, pharmacies and AEON supermarket.

Room is very small. Even the twin bed arrangement room is small. We’re unable to open our luggages throughout our stay.

Everything was great and we were very satisfied. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the beds were extremely cozy. The staff were very kind, and the hotel facilities were excellent – they even had amazing tea!

The location was perfect as it was a little walk away from the main Hakata Station. Me and my wife were in awe of such a practical design of the room we stayed in. The staff was very helpful.

The check-in time was 3 pm so we had to wait a lot since we had arrived at 10 am...

Room card didn't control room lighting so was easy to accidentally leave it in the room. Also, there was a light in the room that was sensor activated - would been nice to force it off or on sometimes
