The hotel is great in every aspect. Transport - it is close to Hakata Station, only 7 minutes by walk. You can find west no.18 exit from Hakata station, which is the closest exit to the hotel, elevator is available. The hotel is right next to Kushida Shrine Station, it is just one station to Tenjin so it is very convenient. Also, there are plenty of bus routes nearby, it is easy to go to attractions such as Lalaport, Fukuoka Tower and etc. Canal City is just right opposite to the hotel. Convenience stores - There is a big Lawson store nearby. (2 mins walk - crossing a street) and 7-11 at the opposite. But I prefer Lawson! Facilities - I LOVE the public bath. It is crowded at night but it washed away my tiredness so well! I totally enjoyed it. Staff - They speaks very good English. They are nice, friendly and efficient. Cleanliness and hotel supplies - The room is clean, it is not very spacious but just fit for two people. The hotel provides most of the supplies that we need. It is nice! Overall the hotel is very good, though sometimes pricey, it worths it! I will definitely visit again.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's about a 8mins (depending on how fast you walk) walk to Hakata station or a 2mins walk to Kushida shrine station. There's plenty of convenient stores, coffee shops, food places around. There is also a 24 hour supermarket about 5mins walk away. Canal city is just a stone throw away. Room were clean, spacious (for Japan standard), well equipped and the hotel came with coin laundry area as well as bathing rooms. If you are looking for a quite yet convenient hotel spot, this is it.

The lobby area needs more seats as the area is packed when it's closed to check in time. The hotel was really strict with check in time and only allow for check in after 3pm unless you pay for an early check in.

Hotel looked modern from the exterior, and the lift lobby had a nice smell (up till this day I'm searching what fragrance it is). Front desk was also grand and customer service was good (not exceptionally good -- but good enough). Room space was just nice for me and my partner. They also provided laundry service, which I used. One machine provides both washing and drying, which takes 2hours, so no need to worry about finding an empty dryer after using the washing machine. You could also monitor the status of the laundry from the TV in your room. Although, funny enough, I went down to wash my clothes but found the status of my machine to be "empty". This made me thought that there was an issue with my washer, and had to go down to take a look again. Ends up it's just the TV status was incorrect.

Price of the hotel is on the higher side. However, was willing to pay for the great atmosphere it gives off. Location from Hakata Station isn't the best as well, about 10 minutes walk. Had some troubles when checking in/out to/from Hakata Station pushing two heavy luggages. Although on days when you're exploring Hakata, it's good enough.

Great rooms, modern, clean, excellent location and all round lovely hotel. Umbrellas were also provided free of charge when it was raining which was a really nice touch. There’s a Starbucks right next door and a Matsuya and 7/11 right across the road which was so convenient. You could even see Hakata station from the hotel. Would definitely come back to stay.

The laundry area was a bit like the Wild West in terms of getting a washing machine but we appreciated that they were even available in the first place. I did have a massage during my stay which was lovely but using oils would’ve improved the experience. I’ve never had a massage where I’ve kept all my clothes on before!

The hotel really exceeds my expectations. Location is perfect, exactly in the center of Hakata, Fukuoka. By walk, it's about 5-min walk from the hotel to Hakata train station and Canal City, where you can find all shopping that you'll need. The staff is extremely helpful and extends assistance even beyond when we've checked out, including handling our shopping craziness and calling taxi. There's also onsite parking which costs around ¥1500 and saves you from walking one opposite the hotel (which is around ¥1200). The hotel room itself is spacious and clean for my family of 3, traveling with 3-yo child, with twin beds and a tatami area for my child playing around. Breakfast-wise, there're plenty of choices and they're delicious, although it can get a bit crowded, so go there early to skip the crowd.

I hope there'll be a better ventilation for us to hang dry our clothes.

Location: About 10 mins from airport. No worries about traffic. Canal city , Hakata train station and shopping within 15 mins walk. Budget Car Rental 5 mins walk away. Kushida Shrine station 5 mins walk ( to go to Tenjin Mall ) Room decent size. Tiolet not crampy. Good hot water supply. TV channels very limited. Generous with bath and hand towels. Room fridge really works. Hotel has free coffee ( dispenser,) microwave in lobby . Hot water pool for aching muscles. Auto car parking at 1500 Yen per day.

1. Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were accommodating, storing my suitcase during my day trip away from Fukuoka and ensured it was ready for pick-up at check-in, providing a seamless experience. 2. Spacious Rooms: The room size was generous, with a well-thought-out layout. I appreciated the strategic furniture placement, allowing me to keep my suitcase open without any obstruction. 3. Comfortable Amenities: The overall room setup continued to impress me with its functionality and comfort. I am looking forward to the room on my return in April 2025.

1. Room Bathroom Cleanliness: - As with my previous stay (which was a day apart from my recheck-in during this current stay), I did not like the cleanliness of the female public bath. So I have opted in to use the shower in the room this time. My experience with the shower, again, was not a positive one. The shower drain seemed partially clogged, causing water to pool during use. There are some rooms for improvements for this hotel: - Drain Maintenance: Ensure that shower drains are regularly inspected and cleaned to prevent clogging issues. - Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: A more robust cleaning routine, especially for bathrooms (both in-room and public), would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Everything was perfect! We picked a room with Hakata lounge access and it was nice. They have laundry room, public bath and the amazing thing was that they have a status update of the washing machine occupancy and the public bath. Live update at that. So you can tell if there are free washing machines from your room or how long your laundry will take to finish, and or if the public bath is crowded or not. That was a very convenient thing about this hotel! Also they are very close to convenience store, and quite within a walking distance to Hakata Station, but very close to Canal City. The Hotel and room design was amazing, sleek, clean and modern. They have great amenities too (just missing shower cap in here, perhaps to reduce plastic waste). We overall loved our stay very much and would recommend staying here.

The breakfast did not provide too many options, but enough to choose from and changed daily. We stayed for 4 days and they change something everyday.

Very nice and clean hotel with helpfull staff, I enjoyed my stay a lot! Rooms are not very spacious (we booked a Moderate room for two people), but it's a common thing in Japan, and overall it was enough. I really liked the location - just about 10 minutes to Hakata station from one side and Canal street to the other, so this hotel is perfect if you are planning to make some trips around Kyushu.

Everything is good. Except, the taxi brought us to domestic airport. Even repeatedly mentioned to Driver to "International Airport". The driver acknowledged is International Airport ! Upon reached domestic airport and proceeded to International Airport. Is quite unbelievable that driver can mixed up ? This is 3rd times stayed at The Blossom Hakata. Hope the hotel staff will remind the taxi - The correct airport to send guest to ? Thank you.
