everything was almost accessible. even when there are some missing amenities, it didn't matter at all. it can be easily compensated

the smell of cigarette while using the shower. thankfully it only happened once. also, I wish there was a hook/coat hanger at the back of the bathroom's sliding door

Being close to Hakata station means moving around Fukuoka and by extension north kyushu easy. The staffs are also really friendly and accommodating.

The closest convenience store is 1-2 minutes away and depending on the weather it could get rather annoying. Room size could be an issue for people with big and/or multiple luggages.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and patient with us non-Japanese speaking guests. The hotel is beside the river, which gives it a serene atmosphere at night, while walking home from Hakata Station.

The rooms are small. It will be hard for travellers with big luggages to open all their bags at the same time. In some rooms, you may need to use the bed to open your luggage fully.

I love that they prove complimentary onsen packets to use in the bathroom. The staff were always smiling and helpful. Near Hakata station, around 5-10 minutes walk. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. I don't mind staying there again.

Room is very small. Everyday is like a jigsaw puzzle game, trying to navigate around with 2 large luggage. Limited space to move around.. the room is too small for 2 people.

I stayed in a single room, which was indeed very small. However, the facilities were complete and staying there was very comfortable.

The soundproofing is slightly lacking, but perhaps it's due to my stay on a lower floor; overall, it's very quiet. The only noises that were noticeable were during check-ins or check-outs when people arrived or left.

Easy access from the Hakata station. The room is clean and well-equipped. Comfortable table for the work with you laptop. Good soundproof from train route nearby.

The wardrobe (even mini-wardrobe) would be appreciate.

Breakfast is the same during my 7 days stay. The room is very small. 700m away from the bus and JR terminal.

Late check out should be a good idea.

The attention to detail in design and the quality of the facilities was excellent for the price. Shower, lighting, decor and desk areas were particularly good.

Train noise and lack of space, especially in the bathroom might not appeal to some people.

It was near the Hakata Bus Terminal and Train station, roughly a 10 min walk. It was also situated around nearby attractions I went to so that’s a plus. Location is good!

I was impressed by the kind words of the front desk staff. I don't speak Japanese, but they gave me a map to guide me through the festival. Their actions for service were very professional
