Location is one bus away to hakata station however the timetable schedule is quite long but the good news it is walkable to hakata station for 12-15mins (if you prefer to walk). The check-in/check-out process was easy it will only take you less than 5minutes. There's a nearby konbini but its only 7/11.

The design is too much brutalist and minimalist i wish it has more hangers and bed bunks and larger room table besides bed so we can place our gadgets. The bathhubs also does not have a stool you cannot wash properly before you go to your baththub.

I didn’t get the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that—but I can definitely say the room was excellent! It was spacious and very clean (as expected in Japan). It had two queen-size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, and even a bathroom dryer fan (which I just discovered—super handy!). They also provide a complete set of kitchen utensils and laundry detergent, all complimentary. There’s a big-screen smart TV for streaming YouTube, Netflix, or other services, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Oh, and I have to mention the toilet—it’s the full automatic Japanese-style toilet. The lid opens by itself, the seat is heated, and you can adjust the water pressure and temperature. It’s such a nice touch that adds to the comfort. This place is perfect for families, especially if you’re staying near Hakata Station and want the option to cook or do laundry during your trip. Super convenient and comfortable—I’d definitely recommend it!

The location is a bit tricky—it’s on a small alley road, not a big main street like most hotels, so it can be a little harder to find. The hotel is also unmanned, which could be difficult for older guests or those who aren’t very tech-savvy, as you need to figure out how to check in and manage everything by yourself. And honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t bring my kids with me! They would’ve loved it here—perfect for families!

spacious room, we were looking for a room for 5 people , my family, with big beds it was match with our expectation big bathroom, 2 toilets, big family room can watch tv, netflix, youtube together, and have meal together, big sofa kitchen facility, refrigerator, microwave big bed size 140cm (should for 2 persons, but we used it for 1 person)

we found cockroaches at kitchen pillow too hard, not comfortable bedroom is too dark, the wall should be brighter color, carpet not preferable for us have dust allergic shower position at bathrooms : not comfortable for bathing

The apartment is very clean, and spacious. Netflix is a plus too. The separate toilet and vanity + bath area is also very conducive for big groups, and doesn't wake everyone up. Location is perfect just a short taxi ride from the Hakata station. Also walkable if it wasn't raining.

As it is unmanned. I cannot do deliveries. However, communication with the host is quite prompt.

Smelling odor in room. Dirty carpet. No wardrobe. Should’ve a small chair for take a bath. Not have a kettle for coffee and tea. Only 1 small car parking for temporary parking during pickup the luggage but someone used it for his own car so you should have a notification.

We loved the spacious suite. It was clean!!!

We did not like how the WIFI password was not easy to find. We tried our room number, last name, and others codes we thought would work but no. we didn't get to use it at all and the signal in our room was pretty bad that when I was messaging with the hotel staff, my messages took forever to send.

Room is spacious. Kitchen with fridge made us convenience to do simple cook. The automatic toilet is good. Hot water supply is fantastic. Air-con worked smoothly while light is automated when we enter to the place. This is recommended​ place.

The location is a bit far, so I strongly recommend taking the bus. It is a bit too much to walk from Hakata Station.

Very spacious and apartment like. Unmanned check in was convenient and hassle-free. Great for groups.
