They accommodated our request to have a room on a higher floor. They also allow guests to leave their luggage if they arrive early, which we did. Great location -- near Hakata Station.

The onsen was located on the first floor next to the elevator where the guests aggregate. It was not very comfortable to be in public wearing a yukata and slippers and carrying towels and toiletries.

The Hotel provides a fantastic spring spa and the location is really near the underground station.

The hotel doesn’t have a calling taxi service therefore we pull our luggages to the Hakata railway station to get a taxi to the airport.

Location was excellent, near the station and in a relatively quiet street.

Room cleaning was scheduled and that is fine. They will leave plastic bags of towels, cups, robes, toiletries, etc outside your door. However in the scheduled days for cleaning, our discarded shopping boxes which we promptly folded and stacked under the garbage bin were not collected. We even pasted a piece of paper stating that it was trash. As a result, our small room was full of neatly folded shoe boxes, shopping boxes, etc. The cleaners probably didn't want to risk collecting it thus as a suggestion, some guidance on how to dispose of them or how to ensure that it is collected should be made clear.

Conveniently located. About 5 mins walk from the train station. The bed was big (slightly bigger than super single size) and comfortable. It has a 45 inch TV which I find it too big for this size of room.

Bottled water was not provided on the 2nd day of my stay. Not much space to put my 26 inch luggage. There were indications to store luggage below the beds however. Aircon is centrally controlled by the hotel. The exact name of this hotel is APA Hakata Eki Chikushiguchi (Central) so please ensure you go to the right one as there are in total 3 APA hotels along the same stretch of road.

The room could be a bit larger.

Very close to the jr and subway station, about 5 mins walk. Family Mart is just around the corner. I found hotel beds in Japan are usually too hard for my liking, but the bed here was a bit softer than others which was perfect for me. I'd stay here again just for the comfy bed. Express check out was efficient.

They clean the room only on the 4th day. Would have been nicer to get the sheets changed on the 3rd day or so but really not a big deal.

Having a public onsen was the deal... I got to relax my tired muscles at the onsen after a long day of walking... it has all the toiletries and skin care products that I need and so much more...

I hope the front desk personnel speaks better English... It was difficult having to use Google Translate to communicate with them... Google is not always accurate... we have to rephrase the sentences many times... as Japanese sentence formation is different from the English language, hence, translation comes out differently...

Reasonable

When leaving your hotel on the 28th of Dec at 5:30am and it was very cold and my husband is handicapped, I asked a young desk clerk if he could call a taxi for us. He said that we should walk to the station and there a lot of cabs there. 1. It was very cold at 5:30am. 2. My husband is handicapped 3. We had 4 suitcases. 4. I have knee problem especially when it is cold to get a taxi 5. When this happened to us after we enjoyed staying at your hotel and to treated like that has ruin our stay.

It was very clean and secure. We loved having the option of going to the onsen too. We knew the rooms at this hotel would be small but it was a good size once we put the luggage under the bed. It was also very close to Hakata Station and the bus terminal.

Nothing much to complain about except that the hotel was split into different buildings and we were confused by that at first. But the staff at reception told us where to go so that was alright.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Hakata Station, a 5-min walk away. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby to grab a quick snack or replenish food items. The room was small but amenities were provided, bed was huge actually but they had storage space under the bed for luggage which was pretty good. They also had a public bath for guests and it was a pleasant experience.

Parking lot fee could be made complimentary for guests, if not maybe at a lower price compared to outside parking lots.
