It's a nice hotel on a great location. What stood out is that the dryers in the laundry room are really good. I've stayed in multiple hotels in different counties and most dryers only dry your clothes only 90% in 90 minutes. The dryers in this hotel completely dried my clothes in 60 minutes. This gave me the oppurtunity to eat more yakitori skewers in a nearby restaurant. I love efficiency!

Very close to Hakata Station (east gate exit no.6) and nearby shopping malls. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Welcome wine was a nice gesture. Foot and back massager. Excellent shower with multiple shower heads/functions. Nice hot bath (temperature controlled) with Onsen powder/crystal for pick-up at hotel lobby. Separate toilet, shower/bathroom and sink. I like the kettle that kept the water hot for a long time after boiling. Allowed us to store our luggage while we went away for 2N before coming back for 1N again.

Tiny room and I would prefer twins instead of double bed.

I love the breakfast spread as there are many varieties and flavour of food, with plenty of fresh fruit. There is a coffee machine, with free flow and microwave oven to heat up your food. The hotel also allows the use of the dining facilities from 4 pm to 10pm, which is convenient for those who wished to have food delivery services. The hotel is only 3 minutes from Hakata station, which is very convenient for those who wishes to take the train daily. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and able to converse in fairly fluent English.

Maintenance of facilities can be better. We do have problems with the toilet flush system and requires several flushes. However, it seem to correct itself, but on the last day of our stay there the toilet got block. We did report it to the hotel staff but did not stay on to find put whether the defect has been corrected, but I am sure they would have taken action. I think that is the only inconvenience that I faced.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip and the staff were very accomodating. We were able to leave some pieces of luggage for a few days until we returned for our second stay which was really helpful. They had a small coffee station in the lobby of the hotel which was useful while we waited for check in or for the coin laundry. I lost my phone charger at one point and the staff went above and beyond to try and locate it for me. Most spoke through a translator app which made understanding each other decently easy.

The sink was in the main section of the room which isn't the worst thing but was still a little weird. Also the shower faced the bathroom door so it was easy to get water onto the carpet in the main room.

I loved the free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby and the waiting area which is very cozy. The buffet breakfast was good. I also like the massage device in our room. I used that almost every night after a long walk in the day. It was very thoughtful. We tried the facial device on the last night, it was fun. The room was very clean. Room size was considered big at city area. We enjoyed our stay there. Great location. Within walking distance from JR Train station. The staff are very helpful. They provided information that we need and helped us to call taxi too. Great service.

A bigger hotel logo will be better. Existing one a bit small. If your hotel can install a light at the road side will be great. Might need to consider changing the kettle because the water seems to flow out when it is fully boiled.

We loved the styler in the room! We liked the evening glass of wine in the lobby and complementary coffee in the mornings or afternoons:) Breakfasts were delicious! Hotel is located close to train station and subway and is very convenient for travelers. For us it was a perfect choice.

We couldn’t get two rooms at the same floor with our kids, what was difficult and sad for us, because we kindly asked for this as a special request. Unlike in other hotels where accommodating us as a family-together was respected.

The best thing during my stay at this hotel was that my room had a LG dry cleaner machine. It was so convenient to use it and keep our wardrobes clean & fresh everyday before outside activities. The great location to access to both subway station & JR train station. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. One time during our stay, we had to call the front desk because we couldn’t access to their chrome cast on TV screen. Then, one of their front desk staff came over all the way to our room and fixed the system by a remote control. We thought that it was very nice and very much appreciated. Their breakfast was nice. A lot of selection to choose and nice kind staffs . However during our 7 nights stay, selections were exactly the same every morning. We wished that there would be some changes at least in 2-3 dishes, otherwise we easily got tired of eating the same things over and over.

The cleanness of the room was okay. The first thing that we noticed as soon as we stepped in our room was dirty & messy floor. We had to go back to front desk again and asked for borrowing a vacuum cleaner. We had to vacuum the floor on our own on the first night before putting up our suitcases and getting relaxed on our beds. Also it was very difficult to use their chrome cast by using their remote control. After so much struggles and some help from a hotel staff, we had to give up using that service. We wished that we could enjoy our favorite videos & contents on TV monitor through chrome cast during our 7 nights stay.

The hotel location is exceptional, close to hakata station, but not too close, so it's a quiet area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. And the best part was the breakfast, really good food and I also enjoyed the breakfast area.

I just think it was too expensive, I was there during the golden week so I understand the high prices but it was too high so I was expecting the hotel to be more than just a very good hotel I was expecting something extra but it was just a good hotel. Another thing was that the floor near the bathroom is different from the rest of the room, so it makes a sound when you walk by, the problem is that you can hear upstairs guests walking around and that bothered quite a lot.

We stayed at Hotel Forza for 1 night on our touring holiday of Japan. The hotel is close to Hakata station and good restaurants and shopping malls. We booked a double room with a massage chair and a twin room. The double room was smaller than I was expecting, but the twin was a good size. The massage chair was a nice touch! The breakfast was good and so cheap - the equivalent of £12 UK pounds. I am not sure there are hotels in the UK who offer a £12 breakfast! I knew this hotel was funcitonal as opposed to a luxury stay and it met expectations.

The double room was smaller than I expected. The double bed was situated against a wall on one side.

The room was excellent, so was the WiFi. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the train and subway station.

My only challenge was that several of the folks at the front desk didn’t know English. There were several at the desk who did know English, was one woman at the desk in particular was a great help — strong with English and great with my trip planning. Several others could only respond using a translator app — which only works well with simple questions. They were genuinely interested in helping but folks at a hotel’s front desk are held to a high standard.
