I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is excellent. Very close to Hakata Station was ideal. Can easily get to the airport, both tours I took started within 100m of the hotel, plenty of restaurant options. When leaving, I took the ferry to Busan, and it took 15 minutes to get there at ¥1,700. The room was very clean. On the smaller side, but a little bit bigger than my Tokyo room, but it does the job if you’re going to be out all day and need it as a place to relax. I was lucky to stay on the 10th floor which also had a coin operated washer and separate dryer. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff though. They go out of their way to help. I made sure to get the names of the 3 staff members that helped me the most, Ms. Kawabata, Mr. Yokogawa and Ms. Matsumura. They gave me their opinion on the best things to see and do, gave me directions, options on how to get to places, etc. stuff that normal hotel staff do, but their attitudes were just fantastic and they just wanted you to have the best. It’s the people that make travel great, and these guys made my day everyday. Thanks all.

the hotel crew are very friendly/ the breakfast is really awesome! (share the photos of breakfast) You can select Western style or Japanese style. Both are nice yet Japanese style is highly recommended!

Mmm, I think some facility requires better maintenance. I changed rooms because the flush handle was suddenly out of work. The front desk soon helped me change the room, which was really nice. However, in the second room, the bath plug somehow cannot stop the water (I was about to take a bath at that time)

The location was great. It’s just next to the JR and subway stations with many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Although the front desk staff’s English could be better, they were very friendly and professional. I booked this hotel twice during our trip. They were able to keep our large luggages for three nights while we went to Nagasaki and Yufuin. It’s a good place to stay if you plan to start and end your Kyushu trip both in Hakata.

The room was quite small but the washroom was with a good size.

Location was good as taxi could drive to the back of hotel to pick passengers to airport. I like the cleanliness of the hotel. You sanitised the room cards with the sanitiser machine.

Room was a little too small compared to other Japanese single room hotels. I could not even open the luggage flat (both sides can be opened flat not just one side). The minimum size should allow luggage to be opened fully. I’ve stayed at other Japanese business like hotel single room they were bigger and could allowed luggage to be opened both sides.

The location is superb as it is just next to Hakata station. There are many convenient stores around as well. The staffs were very helpful and efficient. With the size of the room, quality of service, cleanliness and facilities available I think it is very worthy to pay for this hotel. Internet was fast as well.

Actually there is nothing seriously to complain. I just wish the hotel can provide Onsen service in the near future or option for early check in and late check out with extra pay. That would be very very excellent.

As always, breakfast in their restaurant was excellent - great way to start the day especially if you are flying out of Hakata afterwards. A stone's throw from Hakata station and you can easily get on a taxi or the subway to the airport. Do take note that if you are going to the airport the subway + free shuttle option has become very crowded in recent years so if you are willing to pay a little more a taxi from outside Hakata station will be the better choice.

Note to self: Get single beds next time for more space

Position is very good near Hakata Station. There are many restaurants nearby and also all kind of shops like supermarkets, souvenirs, electronics and so on. There are also 2 conbini nearby and they are open 24h. The room is small (like many Japanese hotel rooms) but nice. You also get keycards for the rooms and the elevator is blocked unless you use your keycard (good for security).

Close to Hakata station. Room may be cozy but enough for me. Good breakfast.

I booked this hotel for my mother. She said everything was good; the room is clean, the bed is large and comfortable. The reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were all kind and friendly. Amenities in the room were all KOSE brand. She says she wants to stay at this hotel again if she comes back to Hakata.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast and rooms always clean perfectly. Just a few minutes to Hakata station which was useful for the trips we did. Lots of eating choices around.

Western breakfast time allocated at 0645 which was not convenient, shower/bath tap very tight to turn on/off, bath plug leaked and toilet took ages to fill cistern.
