The location is excellent, it offers great value for money, and the staff are nice, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and fully functional. They set a schedule to fully clean the room, which made me feel more comfortable with their room.

Despite my request for the room to close, one of the three rooms I booked was on the upper floor. Even though I reserved the room for 6 nights, the complimentary drinking water was only available for the first night. It made me feel a bit unworthy. And I found some insects in the toilet last night.

The location was excellent! You go downstairs and Hakata train station is already right across you! There was also a lot of facilities downstairs like a pharmacy, eating places, shops so you are in good hands! There was also an airport shuttle that takes you to Hakata Station so very convenient! The room was decently sized for the usual standard.

Some of the facilities may have been a bit old like the aircon for our particular room, so it wasn't functioning the best, but that didn't affect our stay.

The location. Its right acrossnof Hakata Station. Subway entrance/exits are nearby and good place to board and exit Taxis. They also have coin laundry and accomodating with luggage storage. Highly recommended.....so high recommended that I just checked today to go to Korea....and will come back a few more days in Fukuoka....I will stay at TKP sunlife again.

Need more coin laundry machines.

Location next to Hakata Station was so convenient and closeness ans access to subway entrance/exit. Also, if you book a day tour, the meeting redemption point is either acrosss the street or downstairs in front of hotel. You already save $on transportation. I stayed at hotel twice and I appreciated the friendliness/helpfulness of staff. I also like vending machines available at each floor.

This hotel is placed right next to entrances to the Fukuoka airport subway line, making it an extremely convenient location if you're just flying in, or about to fly out. The single room is the standard cramped hotel room. The room seemed clean enough.

Barely any space for a medium sized luggage. I cannot imagine anyone would stay longer than a couple of days, though still better than a capsulte hotel.

Always a great place to stay in front of Hakata Station. This is my second time staying at this hotel, will be staying again if I go back to Fukuoka. Very close to many restaurants and walking distance to the attractions. Do recommend.

Everything was great at TKP Sunlife, the friendly staff, the location of the hotel is across the street from Hakata Station. The shops and great food is all just a couple of minutes away. The room was amazing and it was very spacious, the view of the city was great. Will be staying here again very soon when in Fukuoka. 10/10

You can see the hotel once you exit thru chikushiguchi gate. Just opposite the hakata stn I went to hiroshima after i checked out in the morning. Only managed to collect my luggage at 8pm. Appreciate their assistance and cooperation.
