The location and Thank god , it was very easy to park our car in there on a typhoon day.

Receptionists could be a little friendlier. There was very little help as we checked in and receptionists made us impression that they are unwilling to help. One receptionist could have just reminded us to pick up the parking card. No one reminded us and parking card left on the reception counter.... It made us impression they are not willing to help us. On contrary, so many staffs were standing there in the morning for checking out... eager to get us out?

Walking distance to Hakata main station, although not the nearest. Room was a tad small, but the amenities superseded my expectation. The toilets were clean and the pillows were comfortable. Check-in process was fast and smooth too.

About 200m from train station, so dragging your luggage could be tiring if you have many of it. Although the check-in process was smooth and done electronically, some personal touch/interaction would be ideal. But overall is good.

Awesome location with fair price, washing machine is also convinent to use. Check in/out process is fully automated so it didn't take use too much time to complete.

There were some litters (bottle caps, surgical mask, etc.) stuck in the gap between the table and the fridge, a bit disappointed on the cleanliness.

Would be perfect with a view Requested no cleaning only amenities but no tissues and toilet roll provided ( not a big issue here)

This hotel is located next to the main road, which is very convenient. It only takes 6 minutes to walk to Hakata Station. The staff is very friendly. Check-in is self-service, which is very convenient.

There is no parking. Vehicles over 1.6M are not allowed to enter. You need to park in the nearby parking lot. The room very small.

1. The location of the hotel is really close to Hakata Station and there are so many convenient stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. 2. The room was compact but equipped. The bed was comfy. All electrical equipment worked fine. Sockets near bed and there are plenty. 3. The check-in was very easy with machine. There were staff available in case things get difficult. 4. Could leave luggage before check-in time and the check-out time is at noon so it would be comfortable for those who don't wanna wake up too early (though I checked out early anyway) :D

Nothing serious but I don't really like the yellow light in the room. This could be Japanese thing (as not a lot of people speak English) but the staff have very limited English ability. I didn't have to ask for assistance a lot but if I had to, that would be a significant problem.

Walkable from Hakata Station (east exit or Chikushiguchi exit), quite spacious for solo traveler with cabin luggage, hotel amenities were quite exhaustive, seamless check in, and the check out time is at 12.00 (most hotels 10.00).

Can’t think of what I don’t like because I only stayed for 8 hours.

The self-service check-in and check-out machines are amazing compared to anything I've seen. Climate control in the room worked very well. Shower/bath size and room size are expected at this pricepoint in Japan; still very clean and all amenities provided. Location is 2 mins walk to Hakata Station, which made it perfect for my plans as homebase with a JR Pass. Front desk staff were still extremely helpful (even bringing out a translation device to help answer my questions). One-stop laundry machine that does detergent, washes, and dries in ~2hrs.

This seems to be a japanese hotel standards thing, but it was a bit annoying with only 1 keycard. Since you put the card in the wall to power your room, you need to take out the card whenever briefly leaving the room. Turning off the AC and lights. But it was just 1 button press, so it's not a big deal.

Location is the best! Very convenient! Only few minutes walk from Hakata JR station. Staff is nice and helpful.

The check-in machine did not support Union pay credit card. (I need to pay by another credit card instead. ) The cleaning staff left a yellow tower on top of my luggage after cleaning.
