Service I recently stayed at Hotel La Foresta Hakata and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staffs. Upon my arrival, the Front Office staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. They were quick to assist with my check-in, making the process seamless and efficient. The staffs are accommodating and kind with consistent cleaning services provided. What stood out the most was the staff's willingness to go the extra mile. Example: The Front Office Team ( If I get the name right, Miss Sharmila who is on duty on 03-Dec-2024 morning 8am++ ) has helped to arrange a taxi to the Airport. She tried to contact the listed taxi companies in Hakata and managed to get a taxi for me ( Note: It’s a bit challenging to get a taxi at Hakata’s hotel ). She also constantly updated the status of the taxi. Her genuine friendliness and effort have made me feel valued as a guest. Room The room is not big ( common in Japan ), but clean and had everything that we need. There was decent space to move around, even with two suitcases ( One 24” and One 20” ). There are washing and drying machines. Microwave and ice machine on the first floor, which is convenient for people who stay for multiple days. Location The location was also perfect, just a short walk ( 5 min to 10 min walk ) from Hakata Station, Chikushi Exit and Hakata Bus Terminal. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay with impeccable service. This hotel offers a perfect blend of Japanese hospitality and modern comfort. Very close to Hakata station and convenient stores. Good service-mind staff even they speak less English but always be willing to help. Provide necessary facilities.

A room was quite narrow.

The location was very convenient and the staff very polite.

The room had very few power outlets and unfortunately none were near a mirror, which made it difficult to dry my hair while seeing myself. The TV was also placed in a weird place where you can’t see very well while in the bed.

It was my 2nd stay in this hotel, I love the location and the room is comfy and the user friendly facilities provided, including the coin operated laundry. No complaint

The hotel never provide baggage storage after check-out. Guests is required to find a coin lockers by themselves that made a lot of inconvenience and time waste.

The location was convenient, nearby Train station (The largest and busiest railway terminal in Kyushu ) and bus terminal. Family mart and 7eleven in the same row and opposite of building.

The room a bit squeeze， when one of them is walking, the other has to sit on the bed to make way. The roof is low, and if you are a little tall and fat, you will feel oppressed in the toilet area.

Location is convenient with easy walking from Kagoshima Chuo station. The hotel is slightly dated but clean. Room is spacious. Staff is friendly and they even have simple udon as supper which is a surprise. Price is also very reasonable and great value for money

Only onsen facility for man. But the hotel provide a lot of woman beauty product as compensation which is good also

The kindness staff, the location, and takoyaki truck. The tub was so good, we could use bath bomb in the hotel. The hot water was available, facilities were good as well.

The duvet was smelly a bit, I guess the duvet wasn't dry well. But the room was clean generally. Under the bed was dirty, do not look under it.

The location is very premium, just next to Hakata Station. The bed is very comfortable.

The room is very small in size to accommodate 3 beds, there is nearly no space for us to move or put the luggage. The air conditioner is noisy and the room is a little bit smelly.

It’s very near the train station and bus station Staff are all accommodating and pleasant They provide fresh and clean towels and toiletries daily

The room is a bit small. Just enough for two. A bit of a challenge if with big luggages. But to some it all. It’s still ok.
