I love the location, the size is perfect for solo. The mattress is better than the APA in Osaka. The place is clean and perfectly situated and the staff are professional and courteous. It is a very comfortable hotel. There are tons of restaurants to choose from. Sad that my stomach isn't big enough.

The noise is somewhat annoying, is right at the Hakata station, it is really really convenient but people are loud (even I was on the 8th floor) I like to open the windows. The nearby restaurants cooking smell may come in. But given around 2330 the street will quiet down.

The staff there was helpful and friendly, even though they were not very fluent in , but we could still communicate.The room has enough space to open 3 of my luggages together. There were many restaurants and shopping malls surrounding the hotel and the hotel was near the JR Hakata city and bus terminal. Bus fare from Fukuoka airport to Hakata bus terminal was ¥380, Taxi fare cost calculate by meter fare from Hotel to Fukuoka airport was ¥1710.

There was no English name at the main entrance, so it was slightly hard to find. There is also no self-service washing machine but there was paid laundry service.

Checked - in using the System and the room I selected was with the view of Skytree and Sensoji Temple. It was a pleasant surprise. The distance to Sensoji temple and all the restaurants and shops were very accessible and convenient! They were also helpful on luggage forwarding that I was using from the airport and sending to the airport!

The walk to the nearest Subway is 800m and a good exercise to some of us!

Thanks for keeping my left behind jeans. Location is superb as it’s only 3 mins walk from Hakata train station. Surrounding area has lots of food shops and its major shopping area. Unlimited coffee and toiletries self service which is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

The location is the best feature. A few steps away from Hakata station, beside Yodobashi camera, a family mart beside it, a drugstore and a hakata ramen ikkousha a few steps behind it. Easy access to transportation. Toiletries and unlimited drip coffee at the lobby. Polite staff and clean place.

Rooms are typically small. Barely enough room to open our luggages. In fact you will have to open your luggage on to of the bed as it will be difficult to traverse the floor if you open it near the doorway.

The Hotel is excellently located near the Hakata Station. Its only 5 minutes away. Around it is the convenient store like Family Mart and 7Eleven. The Shower facility is great. Many great eateries around it as well

Location is great, very near to Hakata Station. The service is also great. It was my 4th time in this hotel. The room is big and clean. Lots of food in this area. Next to Yodobashi.

Very close to the trail station. Also, it was very easy to find the famous street food vendors from there. We were only there one night, but it was a great stay!

The hotel was ok for what we were doing - just making a stop between Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Excellent location indeed, great restaurants, family mart and shoppings are everywhere nearby. Love this location. The room is spacious, bathroom is small but not bad.
