Location is great for travel because it is so close to the nearby train/subway and bus station. The subway has a direct train to the airport. Staff are friendly and there are sometimes free snacks.

It wasn't possible in my room to move the chair from blocking line of sight to the TV or using it for anything really. The bed itself was also very hard. Aircon was limited. Wall sockets were awkward to use with travel adapters. Coin operated laundry service was tricky to understand. TV service was very limited and the wi-fi would occasionally drop out for a few seconds

A few minutes walk to Hakata station and bus terminal with several big malls beside. I signed up day trips from Klook and the gathering point was at Lawson near to Hakata station. Front desk was helpful to provide portable fan when I feedback on the warm condition at night as the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Took a taxi to Fukuoka airport in the morning and the fare was 1470yen.

The bathroom is a around 20cm high from the room floor, so I have to be aware when I use the room in the middle of night. The night before my morning departure flight, the front desk said they can helped book a taxi. The next morning, they called the taxi company and told me no taxi was available. No further assistance or advice was given. I managed to wave down a taxi one minute after leaving the hotel.

what i liked best are the extremely helpful staff. They really went all out to help me when i needed their help to contact my car rental company. Also gave me very good advice not to spend unnecessary expenses on taxi- they advised me to hail a cab instead of booking as the latter would cost another 300 Yen. Also when my wife expressed that the room was too cold, they immediately asked room service to fix a portable heater plus extra blankets. We were deeply impressed by their level of service. Also free nice coffee n very fresh mochi at lobby. Wonderful stay i would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. Beds are firm n comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants, so finding a meal was never a problem. A Family Mart and Lawson are right across the street for quick snacks or essentials. There’s even a Pilates studio nearby! The hotel is also close to Yodobashi Mall, perfect for shopping and exploring. Plus, Hakata Station is just a short distance away, making it super easy to get around the city or just a quick taxi ride to the airport. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. You can request to leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

People: The staff is friendly, helpful and speak english pretty well. The facilities: The room and facilities are good and clean. Able to leave the luggage in case you arrive early. Love the complimentary - icecream in the afternoon every day. The location: The hotel is pretty close to Hakata station with 5-7 minutes walk. Has the convenient stores and mall (Yodobashi) nearby. Food: The breakfast is nice; have varieties of dishes and restuarant open very early (6.30 am) which is very convenient.

The room and bed is pretty small for 2 persons, no much space to open 2 big luggages and oganize things. However, this is as expected for the hotel in Japan.

Free snacks and coffee at the reception

Be careful if you have 2 large suitcases. Depending on your room they don't quite fit under the bed taking up majority of the walkway. I'd say the size is standard for Japanese hotels but the desk takes up valuable space. However, as it is a business travel oriented hotel this was our fault. Otherwise everything was good

Behind Hakata station, 5 mins walking distance to the station. Good location with convenience stores around. Staff was friendly and there were refreshment every afternoon which was a nice gesture.

Seems to be a rather old hotel as the facilities seems old. But nothing too alarming. Walls are quite thin, I can hear next door's movement. Good to have a sustainable policy. I had my 'Do not disturb' sign on hoping that they will not make my room and no need for change of towels (since I don't have to do that every day). But keepers will still give us fresh towels every day. Good to have the choice to opt out of those so that we don't waste the resources.

1. The location is convenient. You only need to walk around 6-8 minutes after you leave the JR / Shinkansen / Subway Hakata Station. 2. At the reception, there are coffee and some donuts provided and they are free! 3. The room is clean (though it is not very new). 4. The staff are polite and they can communicate in English.

1. This hotel is not a five-star one so you can't expect too much. The room is not huge but should be spacious enough for 2 people. Besides, it is not a brand new one with modern design but it is clean enough for you to have a nice stay. At this price, you can't complain anything.

The property (hotel is just a 7 min walk from Hakata Station with a nearby convenience store (Family Mart down the corner or Lawson across the street). The front desk staffs were so polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. While the male kitchen or mess hall attendant was a bit stoic and unpleasant. I appreciate the free ice cream from 3pm to 7pm (or while supply last) and free flowing coffee at the lobby

The breakfast selection was somehow limited.The bed and pillow was hard/uncomfortable on your back and head

My flight arrived fukuoka early in the morning from Sydney, so I arrived the hotel around 11am and have been told that the checked in time would be at 3pm. I have left my luggage stored by the reception and went for a quick walk and lunch. It was around 130pm when I headed back to the hotel as I was exhausted and sleepy after the long flight trip and overnight flight. I have told the reception that I would sit at the reception and asked them to let me know when they could allow checking in. I have told them that I didn't want to go anywhere as I was tired and needed to sit down and take rest. Around 2pm, the front desk staff let me know that they could let me to check in a bit earlier. I was touched and really appreciated their understanding and care.. I could understand that 3pm is the check in time and it was a rule. But I really appreciate their understanding and care of a solo traveller taking a long overnight flight and the only thing I wanted was a good shower, taking a quick nap before my trip in Japan.
