Convenient location. Cozy lounge with a terrace, coffee, snacks, and even a draft beer dispenser. If drinking in the public area is not your thing, they even have a fridge full of canned alcoholic drinks waiting for you in the room. It may not be the best hotel in the area, but it’s offers the best value for money for sure. We thought about switching to another hotel after spending a night at Yufuin for onsen, but this hotel is just too good for us to consider anything else.

The lounge tends to get super crowded at night.

Free minibar in the room was a nice surprise (alcoholic drinks + water) Nuts, free beer, water, coffee downstairs. Nice lounge at reception if you're early. Nice bath! Quiet airconditioning. Good location. Friendly staff. Free tootbrushes, night wear, hairbrushes, razors, slippers, etc.

The fan in the bathroom needs to stay on at all times, was a bit noisy but with both sliding doors closed it was ok. Also you have to pay to leave your luggage before check in or after check out but the free stuff makes up for it and it's not that much 550¥. Pillows very soft, would be nice to have options but all in all I slept fine! And I had a kettle in the room but no teabags, I had some myself so didn't ask but am sure they would have some downstairs.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel staff was friendly. Free beer in the lobby, beer/highball in your room's fridge is also included. The private gym was nice to use. It also holds your baggage for 500yen(if i remember correctly) and you can rent their bike for 550 yen/day but they are limited so ask them as fast as you can.

Nothing in particular. They don't clean your room daily which i didn't mind but if you are someone who wants their room cleaned, if you pay extra, it can be done.

Lobby area is pretty big for the guests relax and enjoy the coffee and drinks, snacks

1. Cannot provide free storage of the luggage before the check in time. 2. I have requested the quiet room in the reservation and during the check in process, however, the room they provided me was still noisy facing the street side and could hear the noise from the street traffic during the night 3. The room layout is very narrow compared to the other hotel I stayed with the same square footage

location, facilities, amenities, and overall room. Walking distance to Hakata Station and other restaurants. The hotel had great facilities and amenities upon check-in. had a lounging area outside of the lobby with free drinks. The rooms came with free alcoholic beverages. Yes they were free 😆

Sad it was on high occupancy and I couldn't get to extend for another day. will come back and stay here again. Some staff could be a bit friendlier. but overall was great .

Nice spacious room just a few walking minutes away from burstling Hakata station. There is a Lawson opposite to the hotel and a snack bar with free coffee, nuts, sweets and snacks in the hotel. I’d you like beer, you get it for free, too. Plus a filled mini bar at your convenience. We don’t drink alcohol so much and missed a green tea or he al tea option a bit. Check in and check out is very comfy.

It's located near the Hakata station, has a Lawson in front. The rooms where average in size, clean and have all the accommodations needed. The staff was cordial and speaks English. I read several negative reviews, but in my experience it was quite good.

There is no breakfast or laundry service, the cleaning service has a cost (this is declared on the description), but the staff provided us with options to do laundry nearby, and offers water, coffee and nuts.

It is under 10 min walk from Hakata Station. Clean room, decent room size for Japan and reasonable price. It has bottled water in the room and coffee at lobby from around check in time.

Leaving lugguage at reception before or after check in will incur 550 yen. If you are a light sleeper, you could hear the bathroom ventilation sound as it is a sliding door; you could also hear the sound from the corridor quite clearly. Interesting room design whereby the bathroom tiles extend out to the entrance of the room (normally it is carpet upon entrance).

The room we got is good for 4, with 2 semi double beds. Plenty of alcoholic welcome drinks at the fridge. Check out is at 11am. Front desk staff is very friendly.

No room cleaning until check out, which could be a problem for clean freaks. Room is small as expected. No wardrobe to hang jackets. Even the bathroom could use a hook or two to hang clothes while taking a bath. A bit pricey.

The place is not far from Hakata Station. It’s take about a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of paid parking spots around the property, and the rates are quite reasonable. The staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious for two people. There were a lot of Korean guests if you’re looking to make some Korean friends, this might be the place for you 😉
