Great: 1. Sharp brand intelligent in-room washer cum dryer with liquid detergent is the best. 2. Firm good-sized bed for a couple and quality beddings. 3. Quality 24-hour complimentary coffee machine at lobby and ice machine. 4. Toiletries are self-service. 5. Helpful daily limited housekeeping. 6. Extra full housekeeping for long-stay guests. 7. Complete standard bathroom facilities. 8. In the room, there are: humidifier-air purifier, clothes press, induction cooker+extractor, microwave, cutlery/cups/plates, amongst other things and furniture. Extra kitchen utensils are available for rent. 9. Location is under 10 mins walk to subway, train stations, and bus terminal.

Could really improve: 1. Better sound insulation is needed because you can still hear train running on tracks. 2. Mini bar fridge is not working despite replacement. We might as well not have one. Top management needs to change supplier instead of making staff do extra work for nothing and having to keep apologising to guests about it. 3. The room can be a tad bigger. 4. Pyjamas comes in only one free size for both guys and girls, not for guests who are of bigger stature.

Loved the location, super close to Hakata Station which is also super close to many places in the main Fukuoka City as well as the airport, so travelling was very convenient. Also liked the facilities, like the washing machine in the room, the room was spacious for Japan, and there was self service items such as tea bags and Hair bands at the lobby. There was also free coffee from a machine at the lobby, and a 24h hotel concierge. My favourite thing was the hotel board where people could write what they loved about their stay, or even recommendations for Japan. I came here for the ASTRO Japan Dome concert, so it was lovely to see others also did the same through their messages at the hotel. Also saw some good recommendations for first timers!

Unfortunately our bathroom tub kept getting clogged, and even when we cleaned it and removed the hair it still kept getting clogged and took a while to drain completely :(

Great hotel, very clean and convenient.

The hotel is right next to the railway track; we've heard the train passing by all the time, and it's really noisy. Even though the facilities are really good, you can't rest well because of the noise.

Breakfast was good. Food was tasty but could have offered more selection. We liked the security that required your room key to use the elevators. Staff was very nice and helpful. Lawsons convenience store close by.

Hotel was a little difficult to find at first and was farther from the train station than we expected. Room was small and beds were a little too firm, which is common for most Japanese hotels. Lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. Our room looked out over the train tracks. Could hear the trains but luckily the noise did not keep us up.

The room layout was first class. The hotel has included a washer dryer of exceptional quality. The thought of using it inspired fear but it could not have been simpler. They even provided the detergent/soap powder. This was all at no extra charge. worth considering after 14 days travel elsewhere. Check in and out could not have been any easier. The staff were all very pleasant although there was little need to interact. coffee machine in reception area was very good, nice coffee.

It is not really a dislike but just different taste. The breakfast, included in the very reasonable price, attempted to meet a western taste as well as Japanese and Chinese. This was not really a success. However, this is Japan, enjoy the culture and cuisine.

The hakata station is close, at about 10min walk. Even if the room was quite narrow, it has many equipments. The bed and pillows are alright. You found in your room a combined waching machine & dryer, and an ironing system. The breakfast is good and combines continental european food as japanese one. It's self-service and allows you to eat as much as needed. A coffee machine is at the entrance hall. Customers can have cups for free anytime.

Depending on where is your room, your window might have a view on the railway, so you'll ear the trains crossing. The drying function of the washing machine needs to turn many hours if you really want to get your clothes dry, so don't wash few hours before leaving the hotel. The TV screen is set on the right handed wall, as viewed frol the bed. If you want to see shows, it's less confortable than if it was in front of the bed.

Clean small room, has washer, great for solo traveller. Would be cosy with multiple people. 5 minute walk to Hakata station entrance. 3 minute walk to Yodabashi Camera. 30 second walk to Lawson. Licca - she was waiting for me everytime i came back to my room. We shared a lot of time together. She showed me how to cook culinary delights with the microwave and kettle. I miss Licca already.

The room safe is top opening type - cannot fit larger items such as mirrorless camera / lenses etc. Despite some instructions provided, using google translate, and taking some Japanese lessons before my trip - I still have no idea if the washing machine can do a gentle/slow spin, so expect clothes to get stretched. Only place to hang clothes is on a rod close to the wall, which makes it hard to dry clothes when they hang flat against each other. No coffee. But 1000s of packets of tea available in lobby. Couldn't open my blinds as the room looked directly into the vocational college next door. I could see students sitting at their desks just 4 metres away. Hope they couldn't see me through the blinds.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect just a short walk from the Hakata station and right next to a convenience store, which made everything super convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kindly stored our luggage before check-in, which was a big help, and the laundry facilities came in handy during our stay. We also really appreciated the small touches like complimentary coffee, umbrellas available for guests, and even ice! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We'll definitely be back!

Well located, a manageable walk to Hakata Station, very handy to have a washing machine in the room to do laundry, and detergent supplied.. comfortable amount of space in the room. I was able to open the window for fresh air and see shinkansen passing below.

Strange that the room's door opened outward into the hall - made me worry about hitting people as my room was near the elevators, and there was no peep hole on the door to check outside before opening. Pillows weren't very comfortable. Limited amenities supplied, no bottled water. Though, there were some amenities available in the main foyer.

Location was great and close to Hakata station. Room was very clean with good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washing machine was very useful as we stayed there for more than a few days. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they tried their best to help us, even when they struggled to explain in English and had to use a translator to make sure we understood each other.

Could hear the trains passing at night sometimes but didn't bother us.
