Very friendly and helpful staff, location near the train station, very clean and safe, I would recommend ! I was alone in a double room and it was perfect. My friends were a couple and the standard double room was a bit small for two but this is in general the case in Japan. I will book this hotel again if I come back to Fukuoka !

The only thing I found a bit less good is the noise at night from the trains nearby. However, with earplugs this issue can be solved.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Hakata station and also the size of the room, which is larger than the usual 11m2 in Japan. The hotel was clean, with helpful staff. We also liked the parking right next to the hotel. We were very pleased with the Ramen for breakfast.

The room was furnished with priority given to the bathroom, which together with the entrance hall took up perhaps 2/3 of the total area of the room. The room had no wardrobe to hang things and barely room for 1 suitcase. Also, the double bed was very narrow, so we felt a bit cramped. The window had a view of the Shinkansen and despite the heavy train traffic, the hotel was quite well soundproofed.

I needed accommodation for about two weeks near Hakata Station, so this hotel was a perfect choice. It was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and I stayed alone in a double room. Very convenient with a laundry room at the hotel, as well as other amenities like various toiletries. I received water, drip coffee, and tea every day. Breakfast was served as a buffet with Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed trying a little bit of everything. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were quick to help. I had a lovely two weeks at the hotel and would be happy to return.

The amenities of the hotel were fully available right at the counter. More or less grab as much as you need. And the rooms, while small, do come with a luxurious Japanese bath. And that adds points for me. I find the location of hotel to be top notch. It's strategically positioned to be close to JR Hakata as well as other properties that directly connect to the station.

This has to do specifically with the room I stayed in: 1105. The hotels proximity to the tracks may make sleeping a daunting task. Lots of trains clanging away in the background. Moreover, the smoke detectors light is angled directly at the bed, right in the eyes. If you are sensitive to light and sound, this room is not for you.

The position was perfect. The self check-in was easy and quick.

We liked everything but be aware that you can hear the trains from your room.

Tiny but very clean, neat and well equipped room. Bathroom was great and almost half of the total room area.

Tiny room (outside the bathroom). The very small room made it difficult to position cases without creating trip hazards due to narrow hallway. The double bed was only accessible from one side (not the end or the other side), so not ideal for two people. Overlooked the railway so it was a little noisy, but we got used to it quickly. It also faced east with big windows, so it got warm very quickly in the morning.

The train view from the window and nearness to the subway was awesome. Loads of great food options in the area. We only stayed 1 night and went to Poultry Research Society - very close stroll from the hotel and delicious meal. Staff at the check in counter were lovely and welcoming. The amenities bar was well stocked with everything you needed to make the most of the bath including lavender scents to help you sleep and various other bath bombs. Would definitely consider rebooking this hotel if we are in Fukuoka again.

My husband struggled to sleep with the train sound. I had no issues. It's not unexpected there would be train sounds given the view of the tracks and nearness to the station.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome and that I was being well looked after. The room itself was awesome; very comfortable and clean. The bed was very much to my liking and the layout made the room feel spacious. This bathroom has been my favourite bathroom on the trip so far; so spacious, clean, and well thought out. Good lighting too. I really really enjoyed the view of the train tracks from my room too, and the soundproofing is great, can hardly here the trains if at all. Location is top tier, short walk to train station and food places. I loved my stay here and think it was great value for money!

It was a lovely stay in the hotel, only 5 mins walking distance from Hakata station. The room size is quite small so it would be hard to open 2 medium size suitcases at the same size, even if you managed to, it's hard to walk around the room. Easy to check in and out with the machine. You could keep your luggage there if you're checking in earlier than expected. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Booked without checking all the details and it was a nice surprise for my son who loves trains. The room was directly facing the railway and he could watch the trains and the shinkansen passing by. There was also a dedicated room with train timetable and all the comforts to watch the show. The rooms were clean and good size for Japan, The hotel staff was kind and helpful. Comfortable bed.
