Really very good location, close to Hakata station by only 5 mins walk. Room is well fit for 3 pax and have more space for the luggage. 3 beds each separately with 2 comfy pillows each and very soft and warm blanket. Hotel provides sufficient amenities inside the bathroom. There is a bathtub with an efficient water heater with adjustable hot and cold settings. Convenient store - Family mart and Lawson are very close to the place. Staff is friendly and keen to help. Hotel provides room cleaning for staying over 3 nights long and they did it very well. We stayed here for 4 nights and we like this place.

TV only local channels and no cloths rack in the room and in the bathroom.

The place is within a 10-minute walking distance from Hakata Station. It is conveniently located in a peaceful area without being too remote. There are convenience stores nearby, and within a 10-minute walk(different directions), you can reach a street with various dining options. The accommodation location feels safe.

It would be great if there was a luggage storage service available during check-out. The room only has one trash bin. I have taken the initiative to sort the trash myself. However, it would be even better if there were separate bins available for different types of waste to facilitate proper waste sorting.

Just 10 minutes to walk from Hakata (central) station, easy access from the airport. Friendly owner. Not a problem for us, but note, that staff is not always around - reception has restricted opening hours.

Just a minor thing, but local tourist tax was not clearly stated in the description. Not a big amount, but good to have all the details, when one is paying ahead.

Spacious room and fully equipped with refrigerator, kettles, separate bathroom and toilet, bathtub and heater/air conditioner. Lots of sofa. Also provide free toileteries and slippers. Luggage storage can be done since 7.30am and it's free!

-Would you consider having more clothes hanger in the room and bathroom? We found it hard to place the clothes during shower. -Small trashbin. -No staff to clean the room during the stay (it's good that no stranger come into your room) but we have to deal with trash ourselves. Every morning we took the trash to find trashbin at the station. -The bed and pillow were not that comfortable but it was ok. -A bit far from the Hakata train station (10 min walk), esp. when you have large luggage. The road to the hotel is a bit hard to drag the luggage. But comparing to the price, it is acceptable.

The room is quite big if you compare with the budget that you paid. The hotel is near the Lawson and family mart. It is not too far from hakata station. My family and I can walk easily. The staff is friendly and can explain very clear.

The elevator is small. But it is ok to get on in one time with four persons and two luggages.

Plenty of space, comfy beds, all the necessities. No real issues.

Only one key available which was limiting for people to do their own thing. Would be cool if they had some form of laundry available, but it is what it is.

The room was very spacious and comfortable - much larger than many business hotels I've stayed in before. It was nice to have the sofa to relax on. If you have large suitcases you'll have no problem storing them in the room and still having lots of space.

Excellent location, and very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed room. The selection of shampoos and conditioners downstairs was a nice touch. I appreciated the hardwood floors in the pet friendly suite!
