Hotel is very clean, there’s a free shuttle bus to and from Hakata Station, but the hotel is also within easy walking distance — about 10 minutes. It’s a straightforward walk: just exit from the Chikushi side of the station, turn right onto the main road, and keep walking straight. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is healthy freshly cooked, and they also offer free water, coffee in the morning, and free skincare amenities. A really lovely place to stay!

The decor is a bit dated but everything is clean. The room is much smaller than it appears in the photos, so keep that in mind if you’re bringing more than one large suitcase — it can be tricky to move around. That said, luggage can be stored under the bed once you’ve rearranged a bit. There aren’t many hangers or space to store clothes, and the pillow shape wasn’t the most comfortable.

The breakfast spread is good, simple Japanese breakfast as well as salad and yogurt, a bun and soup, buffet style. Shuttle service is provided (white van and blue van), to both the airport and Hakata station.

I couldn’t sleep well, probably because the bed is on the hard side. There is a coin laundry, but it’s hard to use because people just don’t collect their clothes when the cycle is done, both for washer and dryer.

We loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the free shuttle to and from Hakata station. It made it easier for us to travel around Fukuoka and enjoy lots of sight seeing.

Maybe adding more smoking area? It’s not a must but I wish there was a place inside other than the smoking floor. It was too cold to go out for a smoke.

The hotel is near Hakata Station. It takes around 15 minutes by walking from the hotel to the Station. The greatest is the hotel has shuttle bus between hotel and Hakata Station. When we did a lot of shopping, it’s so happy to take shuttle bus back to hotel.

It’s really nice and comfortable to stay in after a long tiring day. I just don’t get the shuttle bus pick up place😅 but overall, it was nice specially for a solo traveler like me who wants her own space.

The hotel was quite practical. Even though it's a bit older than APAs and the like, the rooms are not as small and all amenities are still there. The breakfast was always decent and it really helped in saving time and money in the morning.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and was therefore covered in plastic on the outside.

The location was fairly close to the train station and airport. The room was clean and the staff were approachable.

Having to re-enter checkin information at the hotel, after already placing this information in the App I booked the room on.

Breakfast was good! I appreciate the attention paid to the requirement to wear gloves when serving yourself at the buffet. The shuttle to the train station was the second reason I booked this property.

I miss the musubi selection in the morning. Originally, the musubi selection on the breakfast table was the reason I booked.

The localization is good. We can get umbrellas, it was nice when it rained.

The hotel staff can't speak English, it was difficult to communicate. Nothing is translated in English.

The hotel is nice, comfortable to stay. The price is good, not expensive. Im happy that there is breakfast included, even for that price. they have free shuttle service everyday going to hakata station.
