It was clean and everything was there except a functional futon. There was no slide out like in the book . We were expecting a pullout futon not just a mattress

That I could not check in ( in English) if there wasn’t a very nice gentleman in the waiting area we would not have been able to check in. It was all in Japanese and neither of us know Japanese. We are so grateful to that gentle man. Would have been nice to see a staff member around. We saw no one . It was still ok but nice to have someone even to ask a question of where to visit close by to have best experience. Would be a great idea for you to add a flyer with info for those who stay that know nothing about the area.

Location is excellent and short distance from Hakata Station.

Our room had all cutlery that you could need for a nice home chilling cooking including 3 cooking knifes, spoons, forks, all brand new cutlery. However, they don't have the most important, cooking pan or fried pan, not cutting board or any cookware. How can you offer on your photos or services and not included cookware? We have to buy our own pan for fried a few eggs and other food. Under the bed was also very dirty, it means, you can find a dinosaur there.. it was also a empty bottle from another guest I think. I think it needs to improve a lot the cleanliness and appliances at this room.

The location is neatly located near the train station. Just a couple of minute walk away. The location itself is really neat. The facilities are as advertised, so I recommend it.

Since it's near the train station, you can faintly hear it. This is expected, but just like to highlight it if you're particular about background noise. Not too noisy, but you know there's a train running nearby.

The location was near the main train station (15 mins walk) and the room is big with toilet separated from the shower room.

The check in has to be done without assistance. That’s fine and all but I was struggling for half and hour for getting into the building alone. I had to find someone to call the hotel to send the staff to come and help me get into the door. So basically for the password to work, you need to enter the Japanese letters that they asked (it’s means enter I think) and then follow with the password they give to you.

It was a great value for money. Nice bath room and a toilet. Bathroom has a washing drying features that helps a lot to sort the clothing.

The cover of the futon mattress had some blood stains (the clean sheets were provided though) We booked for 3 adults, there was a double bed and a futon mattress but there was no space to put a futon. The bed frame squeaked when we sat (even very gently). One leg seemed to be repaired after clacked. There were only 1 mug cup for 3 adults. The room could have been comfortable enough for 2 adults. (may be it is not good idea to take booking for 3)
