"I really liked the apartment layout, especially the sliding doors that provided privacy for the bedroom. There was also a closet where we could store our luggage and belongings. All the essential amenities were available, including a vacuum, kitchen utensils, and a hair drye, shampoo conditioner body soap, laundry and dish soap and toilet papers and hand towels"

"The bed was uncomfortable and felt too old—the spring mattress was already misaligned, which caused back pain. Fortunately, there was an extra mattress pad available, which we used to cushion the bed..thisnshould be replaced. Also would have been better if there was an available dryer for the washing machine . it took days for our clothes to dry .

Very clean with comfortable beds for 4 of us. Good separation of toilet from sink and shower side of hallway. Building felt safe and secure. Despite proximity to train tracks, sound was not a problem. Close to airport and we took a taxi to get there for less than $13 US dollars. Not too far from central part of town and bus and train stations; we were able to walk with luggage to get there under 20 minutes.

Sometimes neighbors can be loud at 3 am. Possibly other travelers with jet lag. The check-in panel outside of the building has the letter “A” rubbed off which I saw confused other travelers.

Location, facilities, cleanliness Check in was easy (even though I was uncertain how this would work - I’ve never done this before)

Unfortunately - it would have been nice if the self check out had asked why I was checking out so early (like what would have happened in a manned hotel). I made a terrible mistake & forgot my booking was 2 nights and left after one night. I had been sick on the ferry and not well & rushed about not thinking, and left after one night. It was my mistake but there was nobody there to correct me. And I left my drink there … On enquiring I asked if I could transfer this missed night to another date but sadly that was not possible.

Balcony door and window you could open. House slippers and drying rack. Clean, tidy space had everything you could need. strongly recommend preregistering all guest before getting to apartment, once their you will need to have all guests passports to check in via the unmanned desk. After that its is a breeze to have code to get in at the lobby entrance as also to your room. Ipad provided for you to checkout/info in the room. Binder to operate the controls for tv, ac, washer, etc. to English from Japanese was helpful. Host also good at responding. Also able to get a taxi if needed via your phone or GO Taxi app.

The space is smaller than in the pictures, but that is normal for Japan. Washer was great wish the shower room was equipped to dry clothes as well but rack is provided. Enjoyed this stay, quiet even if right across from the train. Great view of train passing throuhg from 7th floor.

Clean place, quite quiet, little balcony although no chair, washing machine etc. The entry process, albeit very easy once I figured it out, was a challenge to navigate. Instructions didn't match what the keys and screen said. Plus some stuff is wiped off the keypad etc. Once I got past that, it was pretty slick. That needs to be improved, especially given many show up later at night with low smart phone battery etc...

Personally I didn't like the beds although I did sleep very well. Fridge was either too cold or not cold at all.

The location was ten minutes from Hakata train station by cab. It was a quiet neighborhood with a great udon place a few blocks away.

My sisters and I were called to Japan because our mother had a terrible accident and was in the hospital. We were able to come back to our place and relax during a very stressful time. This was my one sister's first time in Japan and she was very impressed.

Check in process is easy, as I am already given the entrance pin 1 day before. Once entered the apartment building, the check in procedure was smooth(recommend to do advance check in using the link emailed to you). It is clean and comfortable. Size wise still a little tight for our family of 3, as we have 2 big luggages and need some re-orientation before we can open up both luggage. Very near to a Familymart store, just about 100 metres away from apartment. Apartment is just next to the train track, so can still hear the trains moving past. However the sound is not as loud, to be honest. Walking to Hakata station is about 15 minutes.

Will be great if there is a heating function in the shower room to dry clothes.

The apartment was well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was clean and airy and big for Japan. There was always hot water and the shower room was large. Having a washing machine was also brilliant. It was about 15 minutes walk to the station and three convenience stores on the way. The balcony gave a great view of the passing trains.

The bins could have been a little bigger, we stayed for a few nights so had generated a bit of rubbish which it would have been nice to get rid of.

Love the room and toilet. It works well with a family with a young kid because you can use living room after kid falls asleep. There are instructions for everything in the room.

There was only fews wall plug where you can charge your devices. It was a bit of walk to the Hakata station but taking Uber from the FUK airport wasn’t too expensive.

Small but fine, it has everything we need as a family, even a balcony to hang clothes, and it’s right next to the train track so we could watch all types of trains there (7th floor), and the occasional noise did not bother us.

Nothing really. I wish I knew beforehand that it was not so convenient to get to there from Hakata station with luggages except taking the taxi.
