Good place ton stay in Fukuoka, prettybclose to Hakata station.

Great location, great price. It has everything you need, and is comfortable. Would definitely book again. Lawson, 7-Eleven, and a supermarket around the corner. 10 minute walk to Hakata Station. 15 minute taxi ride to airport.

It's not massive, so don't bring a ton of luggage. We were a couple with a big backpack each and had no issues, but if you come with 3-4 suitcases you might have a space problem.

It was an excellent stay. Fully furnished. Everything you wanted is here. I just take chances with its non refundable scheme. It was worth the risk. I love the place. There's a bus you can take from JR station which will shorten the walk. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights at Sumiyoshi Apartment and overall were satisfied. The location is very central, close to the airport and city center. There are many restaurants and shops right in front, but the area was never crowded or loud. The flat offers everything you need. The bed- and bathroom were both clean and the check-in as well as the check-out were easy to do with the help of all the given instructions. The communication was always good and we gut all our questions answered.

The apartment is in good condition, but some furnishings are already a bit older. Everything is working without any problems, thought. Only the kitchen could be equipped a bit better, you will find anything you need but there are only exactly two of each kind (such as bowls, plates, cups).

Good value. There's a nice curry restaurant and a convenience store downstairs, and many supermarkets around the corner. In-house washing machine. The property felt fairly clean overall (e.g. laundry drying rod).

I like the set-up of each home partition with doors to isolate each. This also includes separation of the toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is also equipped with doors and exhaust to avoid fumes from getting into the bedroom. with toiletries, instruction on how to use each home equipment. garbage disposal. Friendly staff that support remotely when needed via chat or call. (chat in my case) The place location was quiet (less vehicles and people). With a nearby smoking area(1 min), shopping mart(1min), convenience stores (2 mins) and walking distance railway terminal (15 mins).

The accommodation has complete facilities, good security system. the bed is comfortable, there are umbrellas available when it rains. Overall, it is worth the price.

I wish the room is bigger. I think the room is for a single person. We, my daughter and I moved quite hard around our lugguage. We travelled and we accepted it, but if we stayes longer, the room should be more spacious.

Close to bus stop, good shelving to put items on, comfortable beds, plenty of coat hangers.

Very limited kitchen space, very limited space to hang laundry. Would be nice to have a simple few lines drying rack.
