Location was excellent! 5 minute walk to 7-11 and 1 minute walk to Family Mart and bakery for fresh AnPan. Hakata station was a casual 15 minute stroll and bus stop was just around the corner. Didn't do any cooking in the room, but did use the electric water kettle to make coffee in the morning. Loved the huge shower with excellent water pressure and temperature. Room was sufficient for 4 adults and 4 big luggage.

One of the beds was creaking every time you moved. Some adjustments to the wooden frame would probably fix the problem. Thought slippers were going to be provided since they recommend using slippers in the room.

The apartment was nice. In a good location. We walked to most locations and bus stop was right down the street. Information for checking in was clear and we had no problems. I had to email staff about a package being mailed to us and their customer service was superb!! Amazingly helpful!! Thank you so much!

We were 4 adults with large suitcases so the place was a bit small but it worked and we were only there to sleep anyway. The rug and couch were a bit stained.

The apartment was very spacious with a big sofa and comfortable beds. there was also a small balcony. the apartment has a full-size fridge, a lot of storage space, and a kitchen with utensils. Too bad I only had to stay one night, it would've been fantastic to spend some more days there.

The self-check-in process was a bit tricky but nothing too complicated.

Clean rooms as always in Japan, modern interior. Smooth check-in and check-out. Near the train station. Good food options nearby.

Breakfast was not as expected, just some cold Egg Sandwiches. A bit hard to find because the hotel is located in a backyard.

The Location is excellent, restaurants, shopping malls and parks within walking distance, Provides an adequate amount of kitchen utensils, great amount of space for such a compact place for 3 people, In addition to that it is clean
