The room was a lot bigger than what the pictures showed, plus allowed for ample space to put two pieces luggage around the room without it feeling cramped. The washroom was good, and the bathtub was roomy enough to take a comfortable bath. The room service was great as it provided fresh towels everyday without even needing to coming inside the room.

Just a tiny bit away from the station (3-5 min walk), but still in a great location nonetheless. The price was also a bit expensive for a 7 day solo stay

The location is perfect. Close to 2 seven eleven, Sumiyoshi shrine and hakata station.

That there is no laundry service. You can use the two laundry machines but for me sometimes it's more easy to just give it to laundry service so I don't have to stay up late or wait I can again to get a free machine. It's not a very bad point but just something I would like to have.

This hotel is the most thoughtful one I have stayed in Japan. Location wise, it is around a 10mins walk to the JR station. I stayed on the ladies only floor which required your room card to access the floor in addition to having to use the card in the lift. There is a lounge on the same floor with complimentary drinks, including a nice capsule coffee machine, and massage chairs. There is also a washing machine in the corner of the lounge which is super convenient. The room itself is really nice and spacious enough for one person. The bed was really comfortable. There is a small armchair and table. Everything you need. Amenities can be picked up at reception level and also on the ladies floor. Breakfast is also available and there was a great selection of food. Outstanding value for money.

Rooms were clean and location was excellent so close to Hakata Station. Staff were also friendly and helpful with receiving parcels at the front desk and leaving luggage. Amenities like laundry, vending machines, toiletries, ice, etc were all provided.

As with most Japanese business hotels, rooms can be on the small side. The desk was also quite narrower than I expected, which made doing a bit of computer work difficult.

Had UCC capsule coffee every night, perfect for a coffee addict like me. The hotel provided for practically my every need. Though not exactly very near the Hakata Station, it was convenient for me to drag my luggage to the Hakata Bus Terminal beside the station to take a direct airport bus on my last day.

Height of both shower head holders are either too low (for kids) or too high (for tall men). Location is not very near the Hakata Station, about 10 minutes walk of twists and turns. Got lost the first 2 days.

Great new hotel, it was very clean and everything was new. We got the bigger rooms and the space was well laid out and had a good amount of room for 2 large suitcase. The beds were comfortable and the sound proofing excellent (we couldn't hear anything!). The location was within 10 min walk to delicious ramen and izakaya, yakitori, bakeries and Hakata Station.. We did not go hungry here

It was close to Hakata Station which was perfect for sightseeing around Kyushu. And there was a 7-11 nearby. Tip: a hidden garden (Rakusuien) is super close to the hotel. Perfect for a late afternoon tea. Providing a Ladies Floor was so thoughtful and made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. The amenities were also very complete. I was surprised to see them providing bath salts, disposable towels, and facial care sets. The breakfast was also delicious, very Japanese.

The room is very small. It was hard to maneuver around even though I’m a petite person. And the pillows were weird, not to my personal liking.

You can get everything u want during the trip especially the women’s floor, and you can access to the floor via the second security at the door very safe and it’s friendly to the solo travelers .free coffee massage machine,tea etc. 2. Room are clean not very spacious but almost got everything , so comfortable. 3. U need to walk 10 mins to the metro 博多station, in summer too hot walk to there, so if u don’t like walk it’s unfriendly, but I think it’s ok. Nearby it have many restaurants and 7-11. going to airport conmcenient by car 25mins
