Very modern building reasonably close to Shinkansen station on well serviced bus route (3 stops). Early morning free shuttle took us to station in plenty of time. Location is a few blocks from vibrant Canal City shopping centre/ entertainment and restaurant area, and well patronised street food at Riverside stalls in the evening Also direct bus route to old castle and Ohana park, with a modern city art gallery there, lake walks, jogging, cycling, gardens and a lovely modern tea house on the lakefront. Our room was large with fantastic bathroom. Only problem is usual Japanese issue of no wardrobes/suitcase space. When you are travelling and living from your case for a month you don't want to be constantly packing and unpacking. Great laundry but no ironing facility.

Breakfast by Japanese hotel usual standards was not as varied as other places, so menu options more limited than usual.

Great location, walking distance 15-20 Min walk to Hakata station. They have morning shuttle bus to take you from hotel to Hakata station. Vibe is modern and new

Beds were super uncomfy. Pillows have weird beads at the back and very thin. Both my partner and I had sore backs each morning when we wake up. Would be nice to have a shuttle bus to and from airport instead of only to Hakata station in morning. No point booking shuttle when can just walk to Hakata station especially when there's no shuttle bus from Hakata station to hotel

Very modern, minimalistic decor hotel. Well set-up with lots of amenities, including a regular shuttle to Hakata Station. Check-in and paying accommodation tax was very straightforward. The room itself is of a decent size and comfortable. Staff able to help with doing luggage delivery straight from the hotel, though I wonder if it would be quicker to go directly to Yamato Transport. Otherwise I would stay again!

They do not restock with bottled water unless cleaning your room (which they do not do every day). Staff wanted us to come down to pick up a towel that we couldn't find in the room, rather than bring one to our room.

This is a very lovely hotel which lived in a location in centre but not crowded place. Staff are very kind and helpful, seems they from different countries can meet the needs of different language conversations, and of course, the English proficiency of local employees is also good, very easy for communication. Rooms are very clean and Japanese style, means it's not as big as imagined, but Japanese hotels have such the same problems... worthy to recommend. Free drinks offer from 14:00-20:00 (not sure the detailed times but free drinks is true.)

Seems nothing to complain, but dont forget to put the "clean up" card outside the door, if you want the room cleaning.

Friendly staff, some were english speaking, room was more spacious than expected. Shuttle bus service to hakata station very helpful! Bus stop near the entrance had some local buses that made exploring easier.

Pillows were way too flat, rooms felt dustier than i would have liked it to be. The kettle in the room kept leaking(?) even though it was not filled to the max. Aircon needs servicing — it was either too cold or too stuffy, could not get it to a comfortable temperature

The room is your standard hotel room with all amenities provided. We're lucky we were located at level 4, right next to laundry room and where the microwave is at. The hotel also provides bath salts/oil (?) if you wish to take a dip in the bathtub! Location-wise, it's great! 3 bus stops from the nearest Don Quijote (I walked around ~20 mins). There's a 7E right next to the lobby so that was great. Check-in is with a machine but staff are friendly to help you! There's no direct to airport transit but they will send you to the Hakata Station and you can take the bus from there.

Nothing that stood out!

The value for money with this hotel was fantastic. The check-in process was quick and without issue. The staff on reception were really helpful and polite. The hotel is very up to date and nicely decorated, we especially liked the garden. The room we got was spacious and clean, and had all the conveniences we needed for a short stay. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to Hakata Station which was really helpful for us as we had a 9am flight to South Korea from Fukuoka airport and were able to take the metro to the airport after using the hotel shuttle bus. Overall, very impressed with the hotel and would recommend!

Can’t really fault the hotel at all.

I stayed at this hotel twice - on the first 2 nights and last night of my Kyushu road trip. I was overall satisfied with the hotel. I did prefer the twin room as opposed to the double room where I didn't need to shower standing in the bath tub. The free shuttle bus (one way to Hakata Station only and morning only) was great! Breakfast was ok.

The receptionists at my last night's stay could have had more emotions. The double room I had on my last night was near the elevators and it was a nightmare hearing them ding every time they arrived.

That bathroom oh wow, it surprised us how huge it was. A wet room for the shower and a big bathtub, we went and bought salts just to soak, such a calming atmosphere. It was well placed for walking the neighbourhood, a corner block and not too far from all you might need. The contrast of busy city and beautiful light displays at the shopping complex one way. Then the little suburbia, giant apples at an actual local fruit shop another was delightful.

The big bathroom and wet room came to the detriment of space in the bed area.

This is our 2nd visit, so I was familiar with the hotel. We liked how simple the check-in process is. The hotel is in walking distance of Hakata station and Canal City, both about a 10 minute walk. The room was clean, had water bottles for guests, and pajama sets on beds as well. There is a very convenient 7-11 downstairs right outside the main lobby area. Garage parking option available is behind the hotel, but also there is a parking lot next to the hotel, if space is available.

Our room was very close to the elevator, and for our 1 night stay was ok, but you can hear all the foot traffic going to and leaving elevator. Not good if it's more than one night stay.
