I found this apartment excellent! I highly recommend this to anyone venturing to Japan. I loved the layout of the room. I loved the view of the river. The apartment was very welcoming and comfortable. The apartment is a perfect location near the train station, restaurants and cafe's and, of course, the river. This place offered a safe place to leave our luggage until check in time allowing us to walk around the city. Though check-in was through electronics, a phone number was provided to contact a person if a need arose. Thank you for a nice stay!

The entry light to be manual. It was very bright as it came on anytime I walked in the living room area making a midnight bathroom run a bit shocking.

Great location, within 10mins of the subway stations and super close to Canal City. Surrounded by great eating options at all price ranges. Great amenities and nice to have a little space with a balcony. Would definitely stay again.

We had 2 rooms... one of the rooms keypad wasn't working when we arrived but once notified someone was quick to come and sort this out for us, although it was only a short-term fix as it malfunctioned again. Possibly just a faulty keypad as the other one worked perfectly fine and it was nice to worry about keys.

We chose this hotel for its location near the river so that we have perfect river views in the morning and evening, and also for its large rooms. It's basically an apartment building with each apartment being a hotel room. It doesn't have any staff. The room was well equipped and very comfortable - we particularly liked the couch + table + tv area. The room was very clean but the bath area had a weird sewer smell. We liked that they also provided a folder with useful information and with emergency info (route to safe place).

The wardrobe had only 3-4 hangers for your clothes and only one shelf so it wasn't very practical. For 2 persons, it should have provided more hangers. The washing machine doesn't have a dry option, so if you do laundry you then need to hang everything inside the room on the drying rack they provide. Keep that in mind when doing your laundry and don't do it in your last evening because the clothes need at least 12-16 hours to dry.

It was spacious, very clean, in a good location (less than 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station) with a nice view of the canal. Kitchen facilities were in general complete, good for those looking to prepare their own food. Washing machine, laundry detergent and even a small drying rack were provided which is good for long-term stay.

There is no room cleaning during the stay but since vacuum cleaner and washing machine were provided, the cleaning can be done by ourselves. Since it’s more like an apartment rather than a hotel, these are still understandable.

Room is big and the view is good. We have all we need and stay 4 nights without any issue. Easy to check in and we receive the door entry code 1 day before check in, and check in process is easy to follow. Hotel is not close to any of station, but if you don't mind to walk 10-15 mins, you can access to Hakata station, Tenjin and Canal City walk. Taxi to hotel cost around 1800 Yen, 20 mins.

Wonderful location overlooking the canal, and the door opening to a little balcony was great. Very spacious and nice kitchen, plus good air con.

Bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable and pillows very sad. I asked in advance if we could have extra pillows and was refused. Only two towels were provided for two people for five nights. No dryer, so on wet days it was difficult to dry laundry.

Booked room was a very tall! Clean and spacious. The hotel very close to Tenjin and Nakasu - the famous districts for the Yatai culture (so called food stalls). The room was western style designed. There was no breakfast included. Your pets are allowed for this hotel! The checkin and -out was simply done at the reception via self checkout machine. I liked the short stay there and I will definitely pay a visit again at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA in Fukuoka!

Room was a bit expensive to me.

We found that many places in Fukuoka only offered very small rooms so getting a full apartment was wonderful. The apartment was well kept with everything provided that you could need, including a washing machine. The check-in process turned out to be quite straight forward, we were given a code to enter the building and then were checked in on a tablet.

The location is very near Canal city Mall and walking distance to subway station. Room is superb clean and spacious. Very nice canal view from balcony. Check in via tablet is seamless with no issues.

The bed is bit small for big adults and is hard.

Comfortable large beds. Fantastic view over the river from balcony. Well equipped appartment - better than other appartments that we used elsewhere in Kyushu. Handy convenience stoor nearby. Quiet. Although it was a staff less entry, the online help desk staff were very helpful.
