It was very nice to have the option for late check out at ¥1000/hour for a double room, ¥2000/hour for a twin room. Staff was very nice and quickly attentive when needed. The hotel was beautifully clean, new and stylish. The bed was comfortable, although small. The balcony was very nice to have. The room was quiet and the ventilation/heating system functioned well. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Everything was run smoothly. Amazing value for quality.

VERY small space. Not much room to pass or for luggage. Location is 15 min walk from Hakata Station, we would have preferred a 5-10 min walk. No vending machines or filtered drinking water.

This hotel is a very budget friendly option when travelling to Fukuoka. The hotel is contactless (no front desk) and check in/check out are all done through their system. Instructions provided were easy to follow and straight forward. The hotel room and common places were kept very clean. There is no room service in between days but you can request for fresh towels/pjs by leaving the used ones outside your door.

Location wise, it was a bit of a walk from Hakata station (about 10-15 mins), which can be inconvenient when travelling with big luggage.

The card that powers the light looks very similar to the room key card. The two cards could easily be confused with each other. It might be better to make one of the cards a different color so it is easier to distinguish the two cards. Also, it might be better to have guest services 24hr in case there is a problem with the keycard (for example, if the hotel key card got demagnetized, guests would not be able to enter the room at all when guest services is not available).

The room look overall really new. The bathroom is clean. And the bed was very very comfortable. Both the bed and the bathroom is a good amount of space for two people.

Though the room is relatively clean, the floor does need a bit of dusting. Not only was there dust, but there was also black dust specs. Also, two of the towels were dirty with stains, but the staff was able to give me new towels the next day.

Not close to public transport so a little walking (or cycling) needed, but that's for the same for many locations in Fukuoka It's a little weird that a supposed 4 star hotel is only staffed for a few hours a day Price was a little high, but it was also the weekend

Pre-check in was undertaken and was able to get to the room following the self-serve process. The place is quite unstaffed for customer service so do read the instructions thoroughly. Check-out is also self-service, return the room card to the deposit box. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room had towels, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, iron that made things more easy. Convenience stores are located within a few minutes walk. Good value for money but you need to be prepared for the self-service needed here.

There is one elevator with no regular staircase to use. At check-out time at 10am, it took three attempts to enter the elevator before there was space to allow me in. It’s around 10 minutes walking from Hakata station. If you have some heavy luggage, the sidewalks can be rough and it can be difficult to wheel them to and from the hotel.

The room was great for the price, the shower and desk space in the room was much better than typical business hotels.

I received a lot of emails from the hotel prior to the stay which seemed to be repeating the same information.

We stayed here as a stopover for our flight early next morning. It’s a 10 minute walk from Hakata station so it was perfect for our trip to the airport. It’s a small room but had everything we could need. Unmanned reception so you have to check in using codes but the instructions are sent in advance so it wasn’t a problem.
