Positive points: Baggage storage available before check-in (although it's outside and all but two of the storage locks were un-usable due to locked codes) Cleanliness was very good, lovely bathroom, good facilities in general. Location is okay, we were able to walk to Hakata Station without too much effort during our stay, although it was slightly tougher after checkout with all of our luggage. Communication is very swift, we were able to be accomdated with a few requests and also booked and extra days stay and were able to stay in the same room.

I can't think of any real negatives to mention, the room is fairly cramped for larger people or people with a lot of luggage (like us!) but you would be aware of this upfront as you can see the room size when booking. As mentioned it's a bit of a walk for some people if you're looking to get to Hakata Station or that area.

The equipment was modern and pleasant. It was clean, check in was really easy. Room is big and bed is very comfortable. I had some troubles connecting to WiFi, but figured after a while it was not accommodation problem, but my europian phone problem. Staff member I was chating with trough tablet was nice.

Despite being in a small area the space is so well used that u don't feel ia small. Everything was so clean and modern that u feel so comfortable. Besides privacy is totally guarantee

A little bit far from the closest station so if you are carrying a lot of luggage or need to go early to the airport. Consider using an uber (good price)

Incredibly smooth check in as an unmanned accommodation. Very clean, well organized.

The location is down a small street. It was quiet but we needed to walk a ways away to find a restaurant. But the room had a nice kitchenette that would easily help make snacks from the nearby grocery store into a meal at home!

Easy to use self checkin, very convenient location, well equipped with everything you need, limited space is used smartly, washing machine in the room is very convenient. You could actually live here :)

A hotel concept made with containers. The rooms are bigger and cleaner than in the photo. Wi-Fi is very fast. Check-in is very easy and fasts if you follow the posted instructions. It has no employees, but you can easily reach someone in a time of need. It was way above our expectations. The location is great.

the location is 15mins walk from hakata. so it’s quite hard to hail a bus. however, taxi from here to hakata cost around 1000-1500yen. still affordable if you dont want to walk with so many bags with you

Price is reasonable and cheap. Wi-fi is stable to connect. Different convenience stores (7-11, FamilyMart, Lawson) nearby.

Hotel iPad keeps vibrating frequently even in the night.

Comfortable room with all you may need for a nice stay. Location is good, design of the apartment is new, very clean. TV, kettle, microwave, refrigerator. 24 hours store is 2 minute walk.

A little bit was difficult to find in the first place, but if you follow the map, everything should be fine. Also the hotel is without any staff so be prepared to spend 5 minutes for all the procedures in front the door.
