The place is spacious enough for me to stay with my mom, and it looks the same exactly as the photos posted. We love that we can cook inside the apartment. One of us is sleeping at the room and the other is sleeping at the living room on the sofa bed which is comfortable enough. There are 24 hr supermarket and a fresh market nearby (8-10mins walk), and the convenient store is just 2 mins walk away, so the location is great if you are about to cook for yourself. It takes a bit walk to the nearest bus station to get to the city centre (like 10 mins walk then wait for the bus and ride for another 10 mins), but we get used to it after the first 2 days so it’s fine with us.

It is a construction side right next to the apartment building so there will be a bit noise in the morning, and we can hear the steps upstairs, but in general the neighborhood is quiet so it did not affect us too much.

This place actually felt like a livable apartment as opposed to just a money siphon for the owners like so many other vacation apartment rentals. There were cooking materials and utensils, an HDMI cable for hooking up computer/switch/whatever, a decent sized TV and table area. Extra towels and other necessities. I really really appreciated this place. I felt that it was reasonably quiet and comfortable.

I mean, if I'm being really nitpicky a butterknife would be nice. Also maybe one of those small item hangers for drying clothes since the "dryer" function of the washer/dryer still necessitates hang drying some stuff outside. My only major complaint is the internet. I was getting maybe 30mbps down and then sometimes it would just throttle for no reason. My guess is that because the internet passwords are easy to guess, if someone has trouble with their internet upstairs, they'll just jump on yours. I stopped having as many problems when I just started unplugging my internet at night.

This is great choice. I got the room on 2nd floor although no lift, it was not bad. The room is very nice, clean, and large enough for 3 persons. There is a washer, small kitchen with kitchen wares and seasonings. Surrounding this apartment, there are many food stores, convenient stores, and a supermarket. I love this place.

The registration needs to be done at the front office which is in a separate location, 2 blocks away. If the registration can be done on-line, it will be more convenient, especially when it is raining.

Reasonably priced accomodation for a sizeable apartment with great amenities. We were able to cook, wash clothes and get a good night's sleep in this apartment, which was a short distance from public transport access.

Nothing, would recommend.

This was a wonderful one-bedroom apartment on the first floor, so no stairs, bonus! The facility was well equipped and would be perfect for a longer stay (we only stayed two nights). The apartment was very comfortable. We wished we had more time to explore the area. The staff were very helpful.

We arrived late on a wet rainy day and had trouble finding the location of the office. The staff kindly assisted us every way they could. We were very grateful!

The apartment was a really good, big size. The bed was very soft(maybe too much for some) and there was also a small balcony. There was also washing machine.

There was no drying rack to dry clothes after washing.

No breakfast provided. The location was excellent. Near all the shops and restaurants and post office.

Nothing really except there were no knives in the cutlery drawer. It's hard to think of anything else.

Very spacious, two balconies, washing machine, air conditioner, full kitchen -- not one detail unattended to. Fantastic value and location just outside the center.

Apartment is very big and was close to a bus station, bed was cozy and clean I only pass like 7h in the apartment so i didn't check anything

Spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed...comfy bed, we'll appointed kitchen. A good place to stay for an extended period. Supermarket was close.

Needed a few more coffee cups.
