The breakfast was very delicious and the portions were plentiful. There is a gym, laundry, and a 24-hour supermarket in the 5mins surrounding area. It's close to the location of Fukuoka's nightlife area in the 15~20 mins surrounding area.

The bed sets and lamps in the room are old. Some of the sockets are not equipped with sufficient voltage. The soundproofing is very poor and ifthe next room is called for a デリヘル it will be heard very clearly.

It was super clean, and honestly an excellent value! It is close to the downtown. The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. I would stay there again, as I feel like the price was great for what you get.

Very minor nitpick, but there was no free water dispenser. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at this one stuck out in that regard. Water is plentiful and cheap in Japan, but the option to refill a plastic water bottle would've been nice.

For some reasons, this hotel has rather lower reviews, perhaps it was something to do with the Japanese reviewing traditions, this hotel was actually quite good, at the time, the cheapest place i could find in Fukuoka and I had a good experience, so I recommend you don't always bypass a place because of the reviews in Japan. (I think~)

Facilities meet basic needs, no more no less. The staff is very helpful. Location is a plus, there is a 24/7 supermarket and a small local shopping street nearby.

The coin-dryer is a little bit expensive, 100 yen for 15 minutes, compared to 30 minutes at other places I used to stay at.

The location was great. Really close to everything and the service provided was really good. The room was comfy and had everything I needed. I appreciate the service provided!

It is clean and great staff and i can walk Tenjin or Hakata by my foot. around this hotel has Seven eleven ,next us curry reataurant, Seiyu supermarket very convenient.

Clean room Bed was OK. Enough space for one traveller.

Map showed very near from station but quite walking distance.

Bedding things are quite old fashion and room slipper is not disposable , I have to disinfect every days by myself.
