Nice big hotel with a 60's architecture look. Room and bedding were clean, private bathroom with window overlooking the sea. The hotel is little dated and we can see they do their best to maintain it. Corridors are old, carpets too.....but rooms are clean and nice. Onsen are really interesting with different baths indoor and outdoor. Buffet meals average level. Nice staff. Free coffee and tea. Good wifi.

The public bath was really nice and spacious. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We didn't lack anything and the food was also good. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about either. Overall a good value. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel as a whole would benefit from renovation and a thorough cleaning. It's nothing shocking or disgusting, it's just that one can see that things aren't well maintained.

great location, spacious, awesome staff, attractive price. very nice place to stay and relax. big onsen as well. thank you. careful if you come from the station by foot, it's a 30~40min walk to the top of the hill.

Breakfast was good but in a limited time. Location wsa nice. The bath was nice.

Few karaoke room & games . The sink faucet inside the rooom was yellowish & found some insects. No shower room.

This place has an Okay location. Taxi ride to the beach. NOT walking distance from the train station. I have been to Prince Hotel Izu-Atagawa near-by. This place was disappointing compared to Prince. Buffet food for Dinner and Breakfast was shocking compared to a set course meal offered by many Ryokans. Please do your research when booking a Ryokan and make sure it's a set course meal. I failed to do so. This was NOT the Japan experience that I am accustomed to and expect. Overall, HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED. Staff was great, the meals were a deal breaker. The onsen(public bath) was again, okay. Nothing great. The room was nice with a ocean view.
