The staff were wonderful, and the options for toiletries were wonderful. Location for Hirosaki Castle is amazing.

Large room, friendly staff, perfect location for the Hirosake castle. Breakfast included.

It’s a tired looking place but the comfort and cleanliness are good. Bathroom is very small but functional.

Breakfast was ok. Have had better beasts in Japan, more western options would have been great.

No Parking, but it wasn't far away to park overnight.

The building felt a bit old and rundown

The breakfast was average.

Parking is small and is first come first served. We had to park in the pay parking the first day there. This is the first time my husband messed up on reservations. He booked 2 rooms, one for us and the other for our son. Because the amounts were different on the booking, he didn't notice that the 2 rooms were for one person per each room. When we arrived, the rmale took our 3 passports to make copies. The next day after we had breakfast, the staff (same male) notified us that we had paid for 2 people only. He made us feel that we were cheating and made us pay extra, the equivalent of another room, when we in good faith had given our 3 passports at the beginning of our stay.

Cheap and close to Hirosaki Castle

Bed was hard, pillow wasn't comfortable, and the bathroom fan didn't work.
