Staff were very understanding when we mentioned that the Aircon was not cool, and the room was very dusty. My boy was starting to get itchy on his face, and I was sneezing. Staff heard our issues and upgraded us to a junior suite. This was late, around 10pm. Thanks to him, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Dusty triple room. Junior suite easily fits 2 adults and 3 young children. It should be an option on booking.com.

The hotel is situated very close to JR Hirosaki station. The staff are very nice and friendly and helped us do the check-in. They also informed us that we have booked a handicapped room by accident and offered us another similar room without the handicap facility inside and we were OK with it. There is a 7-11 within the same building on the 1st floor so you can head there for a quick bite/drink purchases. Do note that for those who drives take, they no longer use the lift parking and instead will inform you to park in the outdoor parking lots nearby which are owned by them.

Breakfast was amazing, best yet! Hirosaki is prime apple growing area and was good to see these included in the many breakfast dishes on offer. Apple curry followed by apple ice cream, my new morning favourite. Lots of Western and Japanese dishes. Omelettes made to order. Breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Location great, very near to station. I requested a quiet room, given a room on 11th floor and really was quiet. Didn’t hear anything. Beds and pillows very comfy, bathroom was good size, with lovely toiletries.

There was no onsen, but the comfort and breakfast more than made up for this.

The hotel is located right next to Hirosaki Station (with bus depots on both sides of the station). You could literally leave your room and make the train within 5 minutes. EXCELLENT if you plan on taking day trips to other cities like I did.

The only negative was the slight mildew smell from the shower curtain on the first day but it seemed to go away after the first day.

The hotel has good facilities, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is very central and still surprisingly quiet – I assume the windows are soundproof. The staff was okay. The hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms are quite small, especially the standard ones. I would stay here again.

-Hotel is located near Hirosaki Station (about 2 minutes walk) with convenient store on 1st floor (7 Eleven) -Staffs are polite and able to speak basic English -Room size is good and bed is comfy -Breakfast is buffet style with many variety of choices, local cuisine also served which is very delicious

-I want to try a dinner (also buffet style), So I went to ask staff on 2nd floor, but staff said to get a dinner it must be made by reservation only (eventhough the restaurant still has many seat, so I was a bit surprised)

The location is perfect. From our room, the view was fantastic with Mt. Iwaki. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, and many different kinds of dishes, Japanese, American, and Chinese. The convenience store 7/11 is located on the first floor, which helped our trip a lot. The hotel has a laundry room, and each machine has a security code system, so we didn't have to stay there.

If they could have a microwave on each floor, that would be fantastic.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms( stayed in twin) . Excellent cleaning service(thanks a lot!!!) Super breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy check-in/ out( and you can hold your luggage there before check in and after checkout)

2 things: 1- need some changes in breakfast menu( we stayed 5 days and every day was the same) 2- we were notified after checked in that they have renovations going outside the building and everything was covered in blue construction covers from top to bottom and were asked do not open blinds in the room at all…so for paying more and asking for Mountain View and received nothing. Was very frustrating…

The Breakfast variety of Western, Chinese and Japanese choices was excellent and produce quality superb (eggs, ham especially, bread... well, everything) for Yen2,000pp. Location is at most 2 minutes from the station door with check-in/check-out fast and easy. For Tourists there is a Loop Bust which departs from the station (i.e. a minute form the hotel).

Great views, modern, clean and elegant. Superb breakfast.

No drawers for clothes. There were some hangers in a small wardrobe but weirdly no drawers, and as I was there for 6 days not convenient. No fresh hot milk with the coffee - foreign tourists expect more than a “creamer” thing - all Japanese hotels seem oblivious of this.
