Stayed here for a one night stopover. Found a nice clean room and very friendly staff. Public bath was available. Room was quiet. Hotel is conveniently located to walk to the Iga castle and Ninja museum. Even the parking was free.

Nothing bad to report really. Not a fancy hotel or location - which was not expected.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced & varied enough for our western tastes. Very convenient location to Ueno castle & the Ninja house museum. Room was a comfortable size & the hotel has an onsen for guests.

Cigarette smoke was quite prominent at times. It smelt like someone had either smoked in the elevator or just before using it at one stage but our non smoking room was fine.

I would like to praise a young lady staff 北川 , she is fluent in English and friendly. Other staff almost nice , nice bath and breakfast. Wish I can come to Iga again :)

Great location for Iga-Ueno castle and museum. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of nearby outlets for food when hotel restaurant closed, and of course a 'Famima' nearby. Plenty of free parking. Good breakfast both Western and Japanese. Well-equipped bathroom, large towels too.

great place , great restaurant, was raining at night so i stayed in and ate there and it was so delicious , the iga beef meal .

Modest but nice artificial Onsen in the property! good breakfast.

Location is good. The room whilst a little small was clean with decent amenities available in the room. Parking was free.

The dinner was only average considering the price. The mattress was rather on the hard side.

Location is quite decent. There aren't many options in Iga, so if you don't have a car this is probably the best you can do. It's basically like any business hotel in Japan. Overall it was fine, and it's practically the only semi-affordable option in town that isn't a dorm room. They have an onsen bath but I didn't have the chance to use it.

It's not cheap for the kind of hotel room you get. I've stayed with this same hotel chain in other cities in Japan and payed much less than here. As opposed to most hotels like these, they don't provide pajamas or yukatas. I guess I booked a smoking room without realizing? I asked if they had a non-smoking one available upon arrival, but they didn't. The stale smell of cigarettes was truly overpowering. I left a window open before going sight-seeing, but the stench was still there when I came back. It was honestly hard to sleep in those conditions, and my hair and clothes stank for days afterwards. I'm sure my experience would have been much different if it hadn't been for this. If you don't smoke, make sure you don't book a smoking room by accident. It will ruin your stay.
