We love the free coffee and tea 3-9PM and the freebies (razor, shower caps, cotton swab, etc). There is free use of nightwear and they provide a bucket of ice, when requested. I like the double room they gave me and my elderly mom as it gives us a good view of the area. It’s two blocks away from the casino and 4 blocks away from Casta mall. They allowed us to check in as early as 3pm and leave our luggages while we still roam the ff day. It is near the Inuyama-jokamachi with lots of stores open going all the way up to the Inuyama Castle.

The wifi is not strong and intermittent as it’s two bars only on the 3rd floor. No taxis so all walk everywhere if you don’t have a car.

The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the train station and only a 12 or 15 minute walk from the castle. The staff were very kind and helpful. It's nice that they have coffee. It's in a good part of town with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room was good. The amenities such as the refrigerator we're good. The hotel was very good value for money.

Their television did not have the facility to have bilingual operation, so unlike other hotels I could not watch the NHK news in English. Also, it would be better if there was breakfast right at the hotel.

My room gets cleaned and bed made every day. Staff is professional. Classic hotel style. Nothing to complain about.

Maybe the hotel is older so every time I turn on the lights after returning I would need to turn the key into the wall. Nowadays hotels use keycards but this one still uses a physical key.

Location, Easy to find, price, nice retro furnitures

We could hear water through pipes at all times at a reasonable noise level. Not a big problem but can cause concern as if the water might be draining. More electric outlets would be nice. WiFi signal strength at our room at the bottom of the hotel was very low, almost unable.

The staff were friendly. Everywhere was really clean. The room was a decent size for 1 person. They provided toiletries and the shower was hot. The room was warm and the WiFi worked perfectly. The location was great, as it was very close to the station, restaurants, shops and not far from the castle. They have luggage storage

They didn't provide water to refill but it wasn't a big issue.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.The laundry room was very convenient.You can’t beat the price for the facilities.

The hotel was easy to find, right off the main road. The carpark is right on site with a good number of lots, and it is free. Check in was fast and easy. Instead of a key card they have real keys that also slot into a panel that switches on the power in your room. The room was big, bigger than most average mid price hotel in say Tokyo. The decor was old though. It has seen better days. But it was clean and had the necessary amenities. There was also things like a microwave, vending machines on the second floor. I was comfortable for the night.

It is old and could do with some upgrades.
