The staff were great… We had run out of Japanese currency and dollars were not being exchanged at any bank in GUNMA Staff Membrane Miss Ishimaru, Mr.Kobayashi and Ms.Thirini tried to help us a lot, they searched online and told us that we can only exchange our dollars in Tokyo, Miss Thirini spoke very good English so we had no problem explaining. Our experience with this hotel was great

This hotel was very convenient. The rooms are very reasonable priced and I was happy with my stay. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good too.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I cannot think of anything I did not like and recommend staying here if you are in the area. The room was cheap, clean and met my expectations.

Amazing price for quality. I've stayed in their hotels already twice and both of the times have left very satisfied with my stay. The beds are spacious and comfortable, there's good variety for breakfast and starts early, personnel is helpful and it's quiet.

Room is fairly small.

The hotel room is small but clean and comfy, and the breakfast is simple but healthy and great. The staff members were also outstanding. The hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Isesaki station and various buses that went to malls and grocery stores.

Whenever we tried to open our window, a few tiny insects flew in, but everything else was wonderful.

Really good value for money, rooms were quite big for japanese standards, parking was really good and cheap, next to the hotel are a lot of dining options. good breakfast included. Staff really friendly and helpful

The hotel location and facilities were great. One staff during breakfast assisted me and my baby, she was very thoughtful and caring. I really appreciate it.

The amenities are in the lobby not in every room, so we have to go back down to the lobby to get amenities. Also there were no baby bed available so it was quite difficult for our baby.

Having stayed in a Toyoko Inn elsewhere we were happy to use this hotel chain again. We weren’t disappointed, facilities and cleanliness are excellent but best of all was the breakfast. The catering team ensure a warm welcome and keep the food replenished and tables etc are kept clean.

Very clean, breakfast was great! I like the firm beds. I also had a room service Shiatsu Massage! I was here for the JKA World Karate Championship.

English speaking staff and he is very friendly . Good view from the window . Spacious room compared to other similar price hotels , good breakfast . Washing machine and dryer really helped.

The location and cleanliness.

The food were good but less variety. We weren’t able to have the sausages in the early morning but was surprised that they served them later when we were about to check out.
