We stayed for 7 nights. This hotel is new and clean. The pool, onsen, sauna, breakfast, especially staffs. There is a bus station right at the entrance so it’s convenient to go around, the also have free shuttle bus to Fusaki beach. The reception lady is always helpful, the pool boy is nice to our kids, we are always the last ones to leave, he didn’t say time to close instead he said you can enjoy the last time of the slide😬so touching! And thanks to Mr. Muramatsu, always around to help and give us good tips. We wish to stay more days!

We loved the space for breakfast, it was by the garden and it felt calming looking outside. Our room was spacious which we both enjoyed afer spending night in different hotels with small rooms. Free parking near the hotel was great. Staff was always nice. Loved the fact that they encourage you to not have your room cleaned and they give you voucher as a reward. Brilliant idea!

Location was not that great, but luckily we had a car. The pool could use some improvements, it would fit better with how the hotel looks.

The friendly, helpful staff. Always a pleasure to encounter, from the manager to the room attendants. Spacious, well equipped rooms. Extremely clean and comfortable. Well located for our purposes. Handily placed for the airport bus. Wonderful pool area with wonderful staff. A lovely variety of breakfast options overseen by extremely efficient and friendly staff. What a delight.

Amazing! very helpful staff, very friendly. very spacious rooms! i booked a wrong room and they tried to help me as best they could. Breakfast was amazing and we loved the pool. went diving near the area and saw manta rays!

Big hotel with a good standard. Room was nice, view of Ishigaki and the sea. Good walking distance to the city center and the ferry terminal. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Free shuttle to the beach. Best thing is the restaurant adan-tei in walking distance.

Cleaning could be done more properly. There were a lot of long hair everywhere in the bedroom and the bathroom. English of the staff is not as good as one would expect.

Decent size room, clean, view of the city, quiet, good buffet breakfast, great staff. Some excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk, not necessary to walk into town. Great variety of facilities.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities with a public bath and sauna. The rooms were large for Japan standards, nice perk. Beds were comfortable, pillows were both memory foam.

Clean, modern, well-located in the town.

Overflow parking is a long-ish walk. Not too bad though.
