The friendly, helpful staff. Always a pleasure to encounter, from the manager to the room attendants. Spacious, well equipped rooms. Extremely clean and comfortable. Well located for our purposes. Handily placed for the airport bus. Wonderful pool area with wonderful staff. A lovely variety of breakfast options overseen by extremely efficient and friendly staff. What a delight.

Big hotel with a good standard. Room was nice, view of Ishigaki and the sea. Good walking distance to the city center and the ferry terminal. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Free shuttle to the beach. Best thing is the restaurant adan-tei in walking distance.

Cleaning could be done more properly. There were a lot of long hair everywhere in the bedroom and the bathroom. English of the staff is not as good as one would expect.

Decent size room, clean, view of the city, quiet, good buffet breakfast, great staff. Some excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk, not necessary to walk into town. Great variety of facilities.

Beds a little too hard and tiny bathroom.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities with a public bath and sauna. The rooms were large for Japan standards, nice perk. Beds were comfortable, pillows were both memory foam.

Breakfast is huge, very tasty and will satisfy all guests - really good. The room for 3 people was the right size and overall the room was lovely with comfortable beds. The hotel feels modern and spacious, clean and smart. Live entertainment was nice and the tour booking office was great. The biggest bonus of the hotel is that it has its own bus stop! And most buses stop here - this was fantastic as we used the buses to get around the island. If you do not have a car, it is worth staying at this hotel for the bus convenience.

The only things we could fault are the pool and onsen opening hours. The onsen is only open for 2 hours in the morning (closes before 9am) and 6 hours in the evening which is inconvenient if you want to visit during the day. This isn't so bad, it's the fact the pool doesn't open until 11am, and again closes early. We barely used it because ideally we wanted morning swims, around 8-10am! Very annoying when we partly chose the hotel for the pool and in the 6 days we were there, only 1 of us went to the pool.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, huge range of options for all tastes. Hotel staff were kind and helpful in all situations. Can borrow beach towels for the day from reception and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is traditional Okinawan music every night at 8pm in the hotel. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It’s a little walk to the main port but only 20 mins or so, good restaurants around the hotel and a little hotel shop for your snacking needs. Would stay again! We booked a snorkelling and hiking trip through the hotel and there were both really good.

Breakfast and lifts are way too crowded

We booked with breakfast and were very glad that we did! It was nice to not have to worry about how we were going to get food before our day got started. We loved our hotel-provided pajamas (despite one of us being over 190cm). The in-house restaurant was good and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Honestly, the only slight "complaint" was how firm the mattresses were. There were 2 different styles of pillows that were great and the comforter was nice, but the bed itself was almost painful.
