The room was standard for Japanese business hotels, and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant is above average, and quite fancy. The overall vibes of the hotel is very posh. We arrived a bit early, and were asked to wait in the cafe until our room was ready, which they did get ready early. Overall a nice stay.

Unfortunately, the guests around didn't even try to match the posh vibe of the hotel. There were quite a few construction workers staying at the same time as us. The location is very convenient to the Shinkansen station, but it is very far walking to Shiroishi castle or other attractions, and the buses don't run often, especially later in the day. If you're staying here it's definitely better to come by car, but then you lose the benefit of being next to the shinkansen station...

The hotel was a 2-3 minute walk from the train and bus station and a Lawsons was across the street ! There is a Key’s cafe in the main lobby and a Japanese restaurant which both had delicious food. The staff was so friendly it felt like being around family and the hotel itself was very cozy and convenient.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which I'd like to share. Due to unexpected delays, I wasn't able to arrive at the hotel before the last order of dinner. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and offered a flexible arrangement. They kindly arranged for a dinner set to be prepared for me even though I arrived later than expected. I was truly impressed by their exceptional service and attention to detail. The meal itself was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate the hotel's willingness to be flexible and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for a memorable experience!

everybody was very nice and very helpful when we tried with our little japanese. the room was nice and there was lots of room, the breakfast was great, and we also had dinner. the location was perfect. we liked the nice touches and amenities

I liked everything. It was amazing to find such a great place in a sleepy town. It's a ski resort in winter.

It would have been good if they had a place to hung towels in the bathroom.

Great local, everything is new and clean. We have a pork hot pot (Shabu-shabu) dinner in the restaurant. Pork is very juicy with local sake is fantastic. The hotel breakfast is amazing, you can get everything you like, 2 different kinds of rice, local noodles, beef, vegetables, fisfs , bread, toast.....

Great location with just a short drive to the Fox Village. The room was very comfortable and there is a Family Mart across the street for quick snacks/drinks. We enjoyed visiting the playground with our son, as well as the local shine and castle. Very relaxing experience away from the busy Sendai city center.

Near Shinkansen station and has a taxi stand if you need to go to near Local JR station.

Sometime sound from Shinkansen passes the track is loud.

The staff were very helpful with a problem I had. The room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. The restaurant and the cafe.

The Venezian Hotel was a very comfortable and clean experience. The hotel staff were exceedingly helpful, and they even called a taxi to the nearby Zao Fox Village for my wife and I. Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Shiroishi.
