The room was extremely big, the bathroom as well. It was old you could see that, but it was well maintained. It had a smart tv with chromecast to which we could connect, we had a lot of cosmetics there, even mouthwash, which is something I haven't encountered in other hotels. Everything was really clean. I was a little bit reluctant to stay here because it was a love hotel, but everything was very peaceful, silent, and there is nothing to worry about, one of the best accommodations I've had in Japan. If you need a scale to weigh your luggage before going to the airport, you can ask at the reception, they have one. The hotel is on the Yamanote JR line so we have easy access to everything.

The drier function from the washing machine in the hotel didn't work so if you plan to wash your stuff it's better to go to a laundromat nearby.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the metro and with two 7-Eleven stores nearby, making everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless. Plus, they left a BIG surprise for us upon arrival because it was our anniversary, they prepared balloons, treats and more!! Simply wow, they made us really happy. And the jacuzzi… absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was PERFECT

I was there in 2023 with my little Brother. I wanted to come back everytime I was in japan after that. This year I finally could and let me tell you this is the best hotel I have done in Japan. The room size, the quietness, the perfect location, the very good free coffee, the free amenities, the perfect staff. Everything was perfect, I cant wait too go back !

Tried the love hotel because of the spacious room as compared to usual business hotel in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and they even refill 3 bottles of mineral water everyday if you manage to finish them. They do not require you to check out each day and check in again if you stay for multiple nights which some love hotels does that. Location is just about 2-3mins walk from nearest train station.

As the interior seems to be slightly old, seen a few cracks on bathroom tiles.

The location, value for money, size of the room and the friendliness of the staff were all great! Just be mindful you have to leave your room key at reception when you head out.

The pillows were uncomfortable but easily remedied by switching them for the cushions and throwing a soft shirt over the top. The rooms can become uncomfortably warm unless you leave the cooling on.

Super big room with everything you need. Much more spacious than other tiny hotel rooms we stayed in Tokyo. Was not aware it was love hotel when booked but still was great to have own bath and onsen salts they provided! Location perfect and next Yamanote Line. Amazing conveyor belt sushi resto under the hotel

The hotel's proximity to the station, only about 150 meters away, made shopping and dining extremely convenient.

It would greatly benefit overseas guests who don't speak Japanese and lack access to a network if the hotel provided a directional drawing. We spent over half an hour seeking assistance from locals to locate the hotel, despite its close proximity to the train station, due to the intricate streets surrounding the area.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Located near train station, in short distance from metro station and many shops and restaurants in the area, really recommend. We are very thankful for all staff in hotel, they helped us with luggage transport, perfect contact and service!!!! Really recommend for visit in Tokyo.

Smell could be a bit better in the room

Big room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is very central but there is good soundproofing as it is a love hotel. Staff was very nice, kind and friendly. Special mention to "Maria" at the reception for helping with the check-in. She also gave good recommendations on restaurants in the area, and always greets with you a big smile.

The windows in the rooms wouldn't fully close and didn't block the light completely. Got quite bright early morning in the room.

The location is very good just a walk 1 min from Otsuka. The room is good very big, queen size bed but the mattress is quite hard I feel back pain. They have a free coffee bar at the front desk. There do not provide clean the room every day, may we have to ask. I didn't ask them about that because difficult to communicate in English, the staff speak only Japanese when I checked in.
