I liked the accommodation, and its location being close to useful shops and services. The lighting in the room was also great with multiple lighting levels so that you can have the appropriate amount at any time without waking you up too much. The toilet is also very clean with little to no issues minor leakage when taking a shower but that gets collected in the sink and also minor blockage at drain but that's when you use high shower settings which are rarely needed. I haven't used the kitchen but it looks usable. The bed has been surprisingly comfortable with a comfortable futon and pillow. The hotel operator at the reception was also very helpful with some of the questions and fixing problems in a timely manner.

The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning services offered. The washing machine is excellent but the dryer has been difficult to work with as it would not appropriately dry the clothes even on the higher setting this is with making sure the filter is clean. I feel like the dryer is also not that cleanest and I hope there are maybe monthly full clean events so that it's harder to reach areas inside the drum are clean so as to not contaminate the clothes. There are some cosmetic damages to the accommodation on arrival which didn't have clean fixes or sometimes just not fixed at all but that is livable.

- I rented a single en-suite room for two weeks whilst on a trip to Tokyo as this block is designed for longer-term stays - The room was a decent size although the wet room/bathroom was cramped - V clean - Small balcony without a view - The washroom downstairs was good, with washing machines and driers as well as a vending machine for drinks - The rooftop view is excellent. Go up to the top floor in the lift, take the stairs to the top then climb the ladder to the top of the lift shaft. I did it alone on a rainy night and it was spectacular.

- In the Tokyo style the buildings next door could be mere feet away - Air conditioner noise at night and during the day

Flexibility of the stay. The property is like a furnished apartment so it has the necessary things to have a normal daily life (plates, cooking utensils, towels, shampoo, soap among other things).

This was an issue for me since my japanese is not too good, but after 18:00 the service desk is closed and you need to communicate through a phone in the reception lobby to do the check-in. I arrived after 18:00 so it was a little complicated to do it but I did in anyway. Probably for a native or fluent japanese speaker it would have been much easier.

Super convenient location next to a couple train lines, as well as great value for the money. There's also a stove, pans, and some basic cutlery so you can cook for yourself.

The bed was too hard.

it’s a good location and has everything you would need. the staff was very kind. It is older and worn but it’s still cleaned up well and tolerable. I got a deodorizer for the smoke scent and it was fine. Overall would come back next time i’m in japan for a long term stay

The staff is very friendly. If you have a problem, they will do everything to fix it. The room was confortable and the localization was great. Very close train station and many restaurants and stores around.
