We liked the cleanliness of the property and its available amenities. The room was very spacious even for 3 people with 3 massive luggages.

Since it was our first time in Japan, we weren’t used to the transportation system yet so it was quite a travel. It would be good to take note that there are atleast 4 train transfers from Narita airport to the property.

The apartment was quite and cozy and located in a good area nearby the subway station so it was very easy to move around. The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed. Overall we had a very great stay and definitely recommend! Thanks

It was nice, clean and comfortable. The wall between the two rooms (a coulisse type) in our apartment was very thin though and didn’t stay closed easily. We also had a bit of a trouble ordering or finding taxi tickets go to the airport (the staff told us we needed to order it ourselves and it didn’t work somehow).

Neighborhood was quiet and close to local train which easily got us into Namba and Osaka central

Convenient location near rail stations. Sufficient utensils to prepare dimple meals although could hv provided bigger mugs.

A bit too small for us which was a group of 3. Insufficient space to open luggage bags and no proper place to eat.

- The room was very clean and had all amenities needed. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, washing machine, washing detergent, hairdryer, a surplus of tissue boxes, iron and ironing board and the list goes on - Chidoricho station was only a 2 minute walk away - Check-in Instructions were clear, and customer support was shockingly quick at responding if you had any questions - The neighbours were very quiet and respectful - High quality AC unit - Even if you're not great at Japanese, the manual in the room tells you exactly how all the devices and switches work in the room, complete with pictures

- The beds and pillows are a bit hard and uncomfortable. - Very nitpicky, but I wish they had a proper TV rather than a tiny 1990's screen on a desk in the corner of the room with only a few Japanese channels. You can't access any streaming services from it, and it can't be moved, so you don't really see it well from the bed.

Clean, tidy and a really nice location with lots of combinis around. It's not particularly central but it is easy to travel to and from so that's not really an issue and the trains are really regular. They supplied us with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch. The clothes washer made our stay easier as we could take less clothes with us and let them dry overnight etc. The apartment we had was a little small but we made it work for the three of us and we were out and about all day so it's not like it was much of an issue.

The rubbish system wasn't very clear, the labels in the book they supply with information in the room didn't match the bins so it was hard to know which bin was for what or what bin we should be putting food waste in. I think we figured it out in the end though but it could do with a clearer system like use the red lidded bin for non combustible food, green lidded for plastics and a third for burnables. We ended up keeping a separate bag for plastics.

It was very easy to check in. The main door and hotel door had door codes so it made it easier than carrying keys around especially when you are not traveling alone. We arrived at 12am so the contactless check-in was very smooth. I liked that the location is away from town but still easy enough to travel to Shibuya/Shinjuku as the train stations were 3-5 mins away. The town is very quiet at night, just how I like it. There are also many eating places nearby. The unit also had washer and dryer which made it very easy for us to clean our clothes.

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which was expected. It was just a bit hard to pack and unpack but the booking ad did mention the size of the room.

Facilities were very good n maintained, easy to check in and check out

Room size is bit small, but manageable

Great location away from the craziness of the other cities in Tokyo. 5 minute walk to either of 2 train stations making it very convenient to go places. Lots of great local restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes walking distance that are not tourists traps and the prices are great. We were on the 8th floor and on clear days had a great view of Fuji.

There are a few minor conveniences that could be added like a shelf in the kitchen and bathroom, a foldable luggage rack, but these are very minor suggestions.
