Great location just behind the main train station and 10 minutes away on foot from the airport line, plenty of konbinis and restaurants to choose from. Comfortable room with a desk (which even included an ethernet port!) and bathtub equipped bathroom, spacious bed, daily cleaning. Room soundproofing was great, I never heard anything from the rest of the rooms on my floor, I could barely hear the cleaning staff in the hallway in the morning.

Internet would sometimes experience hiccups, fridge is probably a tad too cold, I had left a couple onigiri in the fridge for the following day's breakfast and they came out frozen. Big guys beware, the toilet may be small.

The staff was very polite, helpful, considerate and extremely hardworking. The room was clean and quite spacious, and would have been suitable even for a couple. The location is very good. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so it's not noisy at night, but there are many food outlets and shops less than five minutes walk away. The Kamata Station is less than five minutes walk away and from there you can get to Shinagawa station which is a well-connected station. The Keikyu-Kamata Station is only 15 minute walk away and you can get to Haneda Airport from there. There are a variety of food shops available nearby with different types of cuisine, Japanese of course but also Indian, Thai, Korean and Western. I will definitely be coming back here again as there are lots of places to explore around the hotel, and I have already recommended it to some friends.

The location is great when you’re heading to Tokyo or towards Yokohama/Kamakura. Easy access to train stations, konbini and grocery stores. Lots of food places within walking distance. Just be aware, this property isn’t very close to the Keikyu line. So, if you’re coming from Haneda, it’s quite a walk especially if you have several luggages. I spent about 30usd taking a taxi to Haneda. Laundry facility is available free and the staff would even move from washer to dryer. Free umbrella if it rains. Awesome place all around.

For price, it exceeded expectations.

The room is clean and decent size for my family. The bed is comfy and full size. The hotel is closed to a train station about 5 minutes walk. A big supermarket is next to the hotel, restaurants are close by, and a library too!! The hotel has self laundry service which I like it very much since I only had a hand carry with limited clothes. The staff are friendly and they can understand English, they will do their best to help you. They helped me to print out my itinerary on paper. Thank you very much for your help!

Everything is just so perfect , the staff are so welcoming and Polite , accomodating and Helpful , everything is on this hotel even Flat Iron. the location is perfect it's so near to JR line KAMATA station. The hotel also is so close to convenience stores , when you get hungry FamilyMart and Lawson are few steps away...we will surely come back to this Hotel ☺️🙌

This hotel is very near to KAMATA station, so it was super easy for everyday travel as a tourist, moreover the staff were very cooperative and welcoming, hotel room was small but ok for a couple stay at this cost in Tokyo, the hotel provided us free laundry and everyday room service, altogether it is a very nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

~20 minutes by train to Haneda airport. Good access to transportation overall. Lots of places to eat nearby. Clean room, not very spacious but with enough space to store luggage. Fairly big bathroom with large mirror and good lighting. Wi-fi is good.

Too few washers/dryers (only three each), sometimes it was difficult to get your laundry done.

The room is clean and slightly larger than other hotel rooms we've stayed in. I also appreciate the convenience of nearby stores and grocery options, making it easy to grab dinner after a long walk.

I appreciate that they have a laundry facility on-site. However, it would be even better if they added more washers and dryers to reduce wait times.

The pillows were the best out of all the hotels we experienced, nice firm foam pillows as well as a thick feathered pillow. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic, close to Kamata Station with easy access to a JR line. So many restaurants around it was hard to pick where to eat. Very close to the bus stop to go to Haneda Airport as well.

The location is excellent! Very convenient for traveling. The staff were polite and patient. Extremely satisfied!

The hair dryer's air outlet was covered with a lot of lint and dust, but it's okay—I just didn't use it. The room temperature was very comfortable, and after waiting a bit, my hair dried naturally.
