My room came with a washer dryer combo, which was easy to use and is particularly handy for the solo traveller versus having to use a common laundry room. The room was reasonably sized for me and cooled down quick with the single unit aircon turned on after I returned from my daily trips in the hot weather. Ice machine downstairs was great. Self-serve rubbish disposal downstairs wasn't a problem.

The downstairs giveaways was a bit limited. Mystays Kamata had satchets of handcream, shaving cream for travellers.

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay Kamata - Tokyo Haneda. I liked that the room, while small, was well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a full set of amenities, including a cute bath robe. The room also had a fridge and a window that opens to the next building. I found it good for couples. he hotel also has a 24-hour front desk staff, a very helpful weighing machine, and a 24-hour coffee machine offering both hot and iced coffee. There's also a dining place and a direct translator device for live translation into 22 languages. A cute little corner allows visitors to create anime-like paper figures, and posting a picture earns a small, cute bag as a reward.

Nothing really, all are good, i like them all, next time, I will definitely stay here. It is not that far from Tokyo, just ride on the train with your Pasmo or Suica card, all are good.

Tokyu Stay Kamata was a great place to stay in Tokyo on a brief stopover. Conveniently located just a couple blocks from the train station to head anywhere in Tokyo, and conveniently just a 15 minute train ride to Haneda International Airport. The room was very large for the price, and was super clean. The staff were accommodating of a late arrival for me, and they allowed me to store my luggage during the day after I checked out, as I had a few hours to explore Tokyo before my flight in the evening. I forgot a phone charger in my room, and when I returned to grab my luggage, it was handed to me, wrapped in a plastic bag, from a smiling desk clerk. Fabulous location, great room, fabulous customer service!!

Convenient location; close to train station(s) and restaurants. Quieter than other bigger train stations.

The room had microwave, electric kettle, plates, and silverware, but you had to wash them in the bathroom sink without dishsoap/sponge. Also, they have a relatively new breakfast service where they no longer offer buffet-style breakfast, and instead, you select from a variety of Bread and Onigiri. It wasn't for me, so I simply reserved just the room and didn't pay for the breakfast option.

Convenience to Haneda.Staff tried to be helpful.Very clean with generous amenities.The quality of breakfast was outstanding!

I thought it was inconvenient to heat up and prepare my own breakfast.I wish that was stated on the website They handed me a card with pretty clear directions and a meal basket.Had to wait for coffee and microwave with other guests.I never saw a pastry bar or access to juice.It was a quick get away to airport plan to stay at this hotel.Just be advised on your planning for early wakeup call.Recommend that Japanese breakfast,with a good variety of items ,just wish I could have savored it more.

Everything was excellent, I think the best for sure was STAFF, always wanting to help with excellent results. I was gladly happy to be able to find international staff, like Lucas, I have been travelling alot to ASIA and being able to have nice chats in my native language was a great plus. Japanese breakfast was good. Of course you can get "better" japanese breakfast with a higher price tag. but from price point, how much care there was and being able to have it in your room or in the dinning area makes you start your day with a perfect mood :)

Convenient location close to Haneda airport and a short walk distance to Keikyu- Kamata train station to connect you to the rest of Tokyo. Plenty of food options in the area. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival by receptionist. Room was smaller size but very comfortable for me personally as a solo traveller. I appreciated how quiet it was for my rest, bed was really comfortable.

The hotel was well located between the Keikyu station and the JR station. Both were very easy to reach from the hotel.

The microwaves in the hotel room and at the eating area were quite old. There was also some ambient music playing from the lobby, but we could hear it faintly from our room which was a bit distracting at night. So although the room mentioned proper insulation, we were worried if the noise of our 5 month old baby was disturbing to our neighbors.

Great hotel, in a very convenient location. The hotel was clean, the staff was very polite and attentive and the location is amazing, very close to the train station and to many restaurants, recommended!

All was good, maybe the rooms need a bit of freshing up (walls and furniture) but definitely not a major point

It was really good to have a microwave and a washging machine in the room as I had to stay several nights. Close to many good local eating places and local shopping street for getting supplies. Easy access to both Keikyu Kamata station and JR Kamata station.
