The location is good which is close to both Kamata JR and Kyoukyu railway station. At the hotel entrance, a bus stop to Haneda airport is set, which suits me to get the bus to take early flight in Haneda airport. The reception staff is nice and speaks good English. The hotel facilities are well equipped. The room is clean and the space looks larger than general business hotel in Tokyo. The bed is comfortable. Recommend to stay when traveling in Tokyo.

Not a big matter. While using the washing machine, the machine service charge does not contain detergent and need to pay 100 yen buy it at the reception counter. It looks different from other hotels while the detergent is also included in the service charge.

Really easy location to get to and very close to the airport. Good facilities, generous amount of space in rooms and also a laundry room which both washes(clean) and dries your clothes. Location is 5 minute walk from the closest convenience store.

Nothing to complain about. I guess there was no tv programs but doesn’t really make that much of a difference for me.

The location is near to Keikyū Kamata Station and Kamata Station. Everything is convenient and the staff is very helpful the guy who assist me for check in is good in speaking in English. The room is clean and i feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel actually i recommend a friend to stay here.

Staff could try to interact with the guests more. When l checked in, the front desk staff were looking down at their PCs. I realize they are checking hotel reservations etc, but it would be nice for them to greet the staff.

Very helpful staff, I had to order packages while staying there and they helped me receive it even before I checked in. Otherwise good hotel in general for the price, would recommend!

It was a very convenient location, with an affordable price, the room was very clean too. I am very happy to get the good rate(special mobile booking price?)even it was a last-minute booking.

The room was a bit small side but it was ok because we stayed here for catching next morning flight

no smoking in building but halls smelled a bit of cigarette smoke

Just note that there are 2 Ai hotel keikyu kamata , one is Ai hotel keikyu kamata ekimae which is the nearer one to keikyu kamata station . The other is this one slightly further away from the station . Both have the same signboard n pictures on booking.com . I strongly suggest that the Management state very clearly on their adverts .

It’s ok for one night

Great price, great location, super close to Haneda Airport. Everything was clean and tidy. The double bed was comfortable. I liked that there was an air purifier in the room.
