It's super close to a train station, a 7-11, and Haneda Airport. Really clean and comfortable, and very convenient

The keys are in the mailbox outside, and there are only padlocks on the upstairs doors, so if you live on the first floor anyone can break in and steal your stuff. But this is Japan so nobody would do that (probably)

One of cheap accommodation near airport. The place is good location for someone who wants to catch early flight next day. 15minutes walk to keikyu-kamata station train direct to haneda T3,T2,T1. There was no one at guesthouse all DIY from check in to check out. Though check in was a bit confusing at first but staff/owner is easy to reach thru line app. Air condition room, nice bed, free bath soap and towels, you can even prepare your own food, cookware and oven available for free, of course clean as you go in courtesy to other guest, washing machine also available but I didn't see free detergent. Room locks are just small wire lock with roll in password protection. Safe and comfortable accommodation.

Great set up. Nice place. Many things like light switches are clearly labled. It was exactly what i look for in a guest house.

One downside is that the first flour room doesn't have a door, just a curtain, which was a bit strange.As i was the only guest during my stay i had no issues at all. However if i was sharing with strangers this could have been problematic. Hand soap needed to be refilled.

It's near to train station and convenient store and the staff who reply me is very friendly and give fast respond. Very helpful!

The toilet has no water. The room is quite small, but for a day or 2 stays should be fine as I'm not staying in the room all the time. I just need the room to sleep.😊

Nice clean place to stay. As a dumb American it was a bit of a shock figuring out how it all worked. Definitely not like anything I've stayed in before but all in all It was nice.
