It was an amazing place and for the price it is very good! The only thing I had a problem with and it really isn't that big of a deal is that I only had one pillow, I'm use to having 2 and also the area at night can be a bit uncomfortable but that was very rare I felt that way. Overall I would go back again! Lovely staff and lovely rooms!

Quiet room, was given a non-smoking room as requested, everything was clean and odourless. Room was spacious enough for solo travelers. Location is as convenient as can be for travelling to/from Haneda airport. Though, in my opinion, the pillows were too low and thin, the mattress was great.

Extremely helpful staff, excellent location (close to Keikyu-Kamata station and within walking distance to JR Kamata), many shops and restaurants in the area. Good access to both Haneda airport and central Tokyo.

Not much daylight in the room since the window was facing another building’s wall - but that’s alright as long as you only plan to sleep at the hotel. The mini fridge could have been way more powerful.

The place is 2 minutes away from the station that brings you directly to the airport in 12 minutes. It has good quality price. The staff was very kind, even if my plane was delayed more than 2 hours for a thunderstorm and I arrived there after midnight. It was clean and comfortable

Mmm.. it had all the basics. Maybe toothbrushes were missing. Maybe some kind of breakfast? But you know this place does not offer it, so..

Location was great. The staff were excellent and helpful especially with my late check-in after my flight was diverted from Haneda to Narita. Heaps of standing Izakaya's and an Onigiri shop! Also close to 2 stations. Excellent value for money.

Nothing really. The only complaint was the module bathroom - it was just a bit small but everything else was perfect for the price. Noting the module bathroom are common in Japan.

The hotel is just outside of all busy locations. Getting there with the blue line just 2 stops from Shinagawa station to Kamata station and walking from the station to the hotel is just 5-7 min. There are plenty chinese/japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood and also the 7/11+family mart. Washing clothes is a min or 2 from the hotel.

The smell of smoke in the elevator can be a downpointer due to the smoking area on the groundfloor is next to the elevator.

Great location that is very close to keikyu-kamata Station, so easy to reach everywhere.

The hotel and its facilities are quite old (they maintain it excellent and clean anyway). We stayed in a smoking room because nonsmoking was not available, so it smelled badly for us. Staff could be more friendly.

Good size room, comfortable bed, near to station, great for overnight stay for airport.

It was a non smoking room, but could still smell smoke when I went to the bathroom from smoking rooms obviously gets through bathroom ventilation, not alot but i had to keep bathroom door shut.

Can't use the phone even at the front desk to make outside calls. I told them that I will pay for the charges because I came from the Philippines and my phone doesn't work abroad but the front desk didn't allow me to use their phone and I was told to go outside and find a phone booth which is located far from the hotel. No coffee or tea either. I was asking for a refund and cancel my another 3 days but they told me that I could transfer to other hotel but couldn't make a refund.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as we had to be at the airport the next day!

The room was a bit small, but it wasn't much of an issue for such a short stay!
