The location of the hotel was the prime reason of our choice. Being that it's location is a few minutes from the JR Station and that the receptionist informed us that there was a bus service from close by that we could use to go directly to Haneda Airport, which we did. The hotel has easy access to the town with its restaurants.

The only downside was the lack of facilities regarding hot drinks in the room. A kettle was available via the floors central repository, as were cups and tea bags. but the only choice of hot drink was green tea but no milk.

nice to have a place with so many non smoking floors available, and close to the airport too. the staff was very nice and helpful. and the place overall was clean and well kept. the breakfast looked like one of the better hotel breakfast’s I’d seen. although I didn’t eat it I’d wished I had. the best part was that their was wifi for each room and it worked well. a lot of places I’ve stayed this was not the case. i was very grateful for it.

it was a bit hot in the room, turning on the fan only helped so much but I’m sure the front desk could’ve helped. since it was a short stay I just left it as is.

The location is very close to train station, convenient stores, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff at front was nice, the hotel cleaners provided clean towels and kept the rooms clean. When I travel to Japan I like to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very close to train station. Very easy to find the location. The staff is always very pleasant. Restaurants and shopping is nearby.

Nothing to dislike.

Convenient by walk from JR Kamata station Surrounded with shopping places, TOKYU Kamata, Granduo, Donki,. Also access from Haneda By Keikyu line train , bus . Very good and friendly staffs.

Convenient location very close to Kamata JR station, 10 min walk to Kamata Keikyu station. Everyday clean sheets, free bottle of water, etc.... Reception staff is very friendly.

Rooms are very small, but hey most people don't stay 2 weeks but one or two nights. Its Tokyo right?

The staff were friendly, courteous and responsive. I would certainly use this hotel again and recommend to friends and family. Location is close to the Kamata train station train station, but not too close, and easy access to shops and eateries.

For this price you cant do more and I did not expect more.

Front desk staff very kind and helpful ( special note for Miss Goshima that provide very useful before arrival information, and was veery helpfull during the whole stay, )

....only could stay 28 nights....!
